Customer service is none existent, they give false and misleading information and then when you reply take ages to come back.
Ask to raise a complaint and they delay it by sending a document that cannot be amended and then copy and paste it to send to you to make you fill in via a notes page- what sort of way to make a complaint is that?
Fill this in and receive a reply days later, told someone will be back to you within 72 hours, well that time has passed and still no reply!

Returned items due to being too large
I ordered 2 t shirts in size XXL but when they arrived they were far too big I contacted Faded straight away and returned the items recorded delivery , I received my refund with no issues. I have to say that the t shirts I received were really good quality so I will be re ordering in a smaller size.

First time experiencing and purchasing…
First time experiencing and purchasing from this company and will never again after this. Received an item that didn’t fit as the description stated. Therefore I wanted to send it back. I’ve been told that I’m responsible for label / return parcels which was sent in the original packaging. But instead of £33.99 paid got a refund of £25. Such a cheeky way of companies taking money and ripping customers off.
