A friend gave me the name of a company she used to transfer money, but I found it very difficult to access their website and there was no email address just to ask a question. I then went to the F C Global Payments website and was easily able to email someone without registering first and received a rapid reply. So. they are very accessible.
They are friendly and talk you through every stage of the process, which, for someone like me who knows nothing about finance and is semi computer literate, was so helpful.
I would recommend F C Global Payments to anyone who is wanting to transfer funds internationally and would tell them not to bother looking at another company as I feel they would not receive a better service anywhere.

We moved from UK to Australia and need to transfer funds from our UK accout. After researching various companies, we selected FC Global after being recommended by one of the frieght providers, but also the competitive rates on offer. I am very pleased with the service we got. The portal is easy to use and quickly gives you visibility of funds being transferred. We also got a good rate of exchange . Transferring money across the globe is quite nerve racking, especially with the time differences and delays between bank transactions. Daniel was always on hand to help advise. Very pleased overall and would recommend for anyone moving countries

We were recommended to use FC Global Payments by our Visa Agents. Having compared their exchange rates with our existing provider we decided to take advantage of FC Global excellent rates. Throughout the whole process we were given advice via emails and phone calls to assist us. As we have now emigrated to Australia we will continue to need funds transfer and FC Global will be our first choice.

FC global payments were recommended by our international removals team and we accepted as it wasn't something we'd looked into at that point. Charlie was incredibly helpful and patient, explaining how the process worked and helping me to set everything up ahead of time so that when I needed to move funds it could be done swiftly. We did a test transfer of just a small amount to feel reassured that the account details were correct. Even though we were working with a 13 hour time difference, Charlie was responsive to messages and easy to reach.
The rates offered were very good and the process was easy to track through the secure website platform. This was the first move of funds but we will definitely be back in touch with FC and Charlie for our future needs.

We were recommended to use FC Global from our Conveyance Solicitor and we cannot recommend them highly enough. We called Daniel in the morning because we needed 20,000 GBP sending to our Euro bank account urgently. Daniel made the whole process extremely quick and easy and by the afternoon our accounts were setup and the transfer was made, we were given a great exchange rate that was much higher than we expected and by 6am the following day our funds were in our account.
