A lovely stool, very happy with it. Two men came to deliver. Lots of comms telling me when and they arrived bang on time, took off their shoes and put the heavy stool exactly where I wanted it. Why can’t every firm deliver like this, on time and careful.

After my mum had purchased a bed at Dreams Dale took us to the Feather and Black section. What could have been a lengthy process after choosing a bed was made quick and efficient as Dale described the various colours and styles available. This was our first visit to F&B and it was very convenient to have it attached to Dreams so that the complete package for a bed could be purchased.

Great customer service on the phone, great bed, delivery rushed and damaged paintwork. Bed now been in use a couple of months and v well made and sturdy, screws that came with the bed were covered in grease and would have been good to have some warning on this as we tipped them out onto bedding fresh from packet and managed to stain new bedding as a result.

The staff friendly and very knowledgeable about the mattresses.

We enjoyed the service given by Alex and Richard at your Bracknell store. We were impressed Alex remade the beds we messed up while trying the mattresses without being asked.

Cannot beat a feather and black mattress in my opinion. As someone who has spinal and joint problems from an old RTA the level of comfort is unbeatable for the price. I have spent more on other branded mattresses that have left me unable to move. I have gone through four mattresses in as many years and spent so much money.
I loved the fact that feather and black actually honoured their own" price match" I ordered the items in store and was advised if the price went down before delivery they would refund the difference. They then went on sale and I rang customer services who honoured the refund.

I am thrilled with my new bed. I have been sleeping on it for a couple of months now and it is sturdy and well made. The delivery men who installed it were on time, polite and efficient.
I am considering buying another one for a different bedroom.
