Placed an order via feedmeonline. The takeaway didn't deliver and claimed not to have received the order, even though it was accepted. Zero help from feedmeonline, the phone number for customer services shows up as a different company and they don't answer emails.
Have reported the transaction as fraud with my bank.
Website not working
When entering my postcode on the website it says it can not determine my location. On mobile app it shows takaways in my town.
Sorry, I prefer to use my PC, not phone, therefore only 2 stars for now.
amazing service great discounts
They are very efficient - drivers are all so nice and have never had any issues with the service - they also offer very good discounts and promotions through the restaurants regularly which is always nice
I believe Feed Me Online is a scam company…a front for credit fraud
I suspect that Feed Me Online is a front for credit card fraud. A month ago, Feed Me Online allowed (perhaps encouraged) someone to open an account using my credit card. Since then, more than 30 transactions have been approved for food purchases, totalling nearly £1,000.
I spoke with someone on the customer service phone number who behaved very suspiciously. He wasn't interested when I told him someone was using my card illegally (“Call your bank if you’re concerned.”). I’ve written perhaps 20 times, but the company ignores me and continues to process orders.
My bank blocked my card a month ago, but Feed Me Online continues to use/accept it. I know this because I continue to receive email notifications of orders using the cancelled card. Someone is losing money here at someone else’s expense. Imagine possibly hundreds of fraud victims, and the money that could be involved.
If you look up Feed Me Online on Google Maps (Leeds-based), you’ll see that its address is a somewhat unlikely-looking office building for a food delivery company. You’ll also notice an Uber office right next door. At the same time that my blocked credit card details have been used with Feed Me Online, someone has also been trying to use my Uber account for taxis and food deliveries.
So, I suspect someone at Uber is working with Feed Me Online to access and illegally use customer credit details.
I would warn potential customers against providing credit details to Feed Me Online and to safeguard your Uber details.
I note the positive reviews for Feed Me Online and imagine they are fake. I also find it suspicious that they haven’t responded to this (edited) review since I first posted it several days ago.

I’ve been getting 8 emails a day from this lot and I don’t even know who they are. I’ve not asked for this and I’ve tried to unsubscribe but keep on getting them. I’ve reported them to the report phishing government website.

Ordered from my fish bar in Little Downham. Recieved my meal with open tubs of curry sauce inside the boxes. Ruined the meal so put a bad review up to then recieve a apologetic call and offer of a refund. Guess what no refund and no answer to my calls. Great customer service and 40 quid out of pocket. Give this lot a wide berth people. 4 Stars 🤣

Don’t know why they have a excellent signed up tonight ordered food, money taken out the bank account no food, phoned shop they said no order has came through they phoned feed me online said no order I contacted them and they said yes money left the account but hasn’t went to restaurant so I asked were it went and they said ohhh I will need to speak to accounts don’t know what’s happened… so basically I need to pay for food again and the customer service was absolutely a shambles as we are first time customers the gentleman could not tell us why it never went through and was not interested to be honest
