Hi you stated it would be refunded i have received a royal mail email stating it will be delivered 2nd june can you please explain why this has not been honoured as per above message . I will have to refuse the post when it arrives this should not be happening and is not very professional.

I was not notified all day on the 1st of june then i receive a royal mail delivery message for the second of june i have ordered previously but my payment method needed updating as there was no funds available due to hardship my ex partner had paid for a order for me perviously and it was also on my account but not my selected payment method which i had received emails to update my payment method etc. Then they automatically used my ex partners payment method without consent. This should have been dealt with as they stated in the above conversation i will now have to wait for royal mail to return it upon refusal if that is possible and incur postal return costs if royal mail state i have to return it myself. This is not very good during a time of financial hardship i am going through at this time.

UPDATE 2ND JUNE

After my consultation this morning with feel supreme and their customer services I was concerned about receiving the items which were on a repeat subscription which they have kindly removed given my situation and circumstances . They have told me not to refuse delivery and that I could keep the order and refund my payment for them . I was quite shocked and gratefull for feel supreme doing this . I will not open the package and am quite gratefull until I am refunded then I will endeavour to return the items as this issue was not to be given them free as you have a business to run . All in all mistakes was made and the way in which was resolved is brilliant and I cannot recommend them enough with their resolution in this matter. When my financial situation has improved I will be resuming my subscription as their products are natural and they have helped me with my on-going health issues in ways I never thought they would . Once again thank you for you brilliant customer service and the products that help many many people in their day to day lives including myself kind regards Karl.

I had a full hysterectomy 6 months ago and this put me into surgical menopause. I do take prescribed HRT but decided to try Meno bloom as a natural add on to help with symptoms I was still having. I can't yet comment on the supplements themselves as I've only just started taking them but the ordering/delivery experience has been faultless.

Ordered Wednesday morning and recieved the items on Thursday. Items were well packaged, all present and correct.

My order delayed and nobody contacted with me.

I only use Feel Supreme for my supplements now. Their range is really good and the customer service absolutely amazing.

I take Lions mane Reishi Cordyseps Tongkat ali/Fadogia and NMN daily and i can honestly say they are all superb 10/10. From around 36 iv been experiencing a slump in overall health. After recently turning 40 iv felt a big slump in my cognitive aswell as overall stamina really. Iv been with other brands in the past but recently moved over to Feel Supreme. After trying Lions mane aswell as all the above for around 5 weeks I feel much more energetic and sharper.
