I've worked with FGH for nearly 2 years now as their transport provider in the UK, dealing in the main with Jayden. He is a pleasure to work with and we work really well together. There's a reason FGH are growing to the size they are, a great company and delighted to play a small part in their continued success. If anyone reading this is looking for a reputable security company that delivers on what it says, look no further!

The course was straight forward without unnecessary frills. My aim was to get to the course, do the essential training that allowed me to have the best chance of passing and get gone. So this course was perfect for me. All training staff where friendly and delivered the course well.

Fantastic experience with FGH Security and the door supervisor training they provided. From start to finish they were friendly, clear and took the time to make sure we knew what we were doing throughout the course.

The training providers were all amazing, very knowledgeable in what they do and always willing to give help.

Excellent training which was both informative and insightful. All the trainers used real life examples to bring to life the learning experience. This helped when taking the written examinations and practical assessments.

Good location for the course in Liverpool city centre. Easy to get to on the train. Plenty of places nearby to get lunch etc
I found 7 straight days a bit too intense,I would have liked it spread out over a longer period but I’m also happy its now complete. There was a lot of information to learn and process.
All the staff were great. They knew their stuff and shared their real life experiences. I found them all helpful and supportive. I learnt a lot.
There was a lot of waiting around whilst role play assessments were being completed. I don’t know how this can be improved but there was a lot of wasted time.

The trainer was very informative and delivered the information in a way it was easy to understand and remember.

A great experience. A nice location in Liverpool City Centre and office room and staff who made you feel welcome. A good thorough in-depth SIA licence refresher course from start to finish.

However, only one slight issue, is that it was a very long day (nearly 12 hours) but I would definitely come back again, if I need to do any future training.

Instructor was absolutely fantastic and fgh as a whole are fantastic. Great straight forward and friendly staff. Definitely will use again.

FGH provided security to the We Are Live event in Coventry. Celebrating premium sports skill, music and community, the event welcomed home Championship football winners Coventry City. Held in the memorial park it was quite a feat taking in the end of a city wide bus parade and local May Day festival. FGH were brilliant especially Aya. My mum had accessibility needs and although we arrived early we still needed help to find our seats and access the toilets and exit. My mum was treated with respect and kindness. Widowed only a couple of weeks before, mum was nervous about attending but thanks to the help received, mum enjoyed the event as a dyed in the wool Sky Blues supporter 🩵

My experience with FGH TRAINING was really good the TRAINING Instructor have very deep knowledge about the subject he explained us everything in detailed manner we learned alot of techniques practically I will say all around amazing experience knowledge.

What an amazing training centre

Brilliant teaching, fast paced which makes you learn everything in my opinion. Excellent

room was clean warm not too warm and the chairs were comfi.As much tea and coffee as you liked. Good. The courses were interesting and not to long on any subject. You felt happy to ask a question without being made to feel awkward.

The company has amazing staff who understand people and are professional in there roles. Especially Emily at Managing BFC who goes above and beyond her role and is approachable and understanding of people needs and their personal level of understanding. Emily reads a situation extremely well and is very well respected by the supporters.

Spoke to a security officer at the M+S bank arena on the 11th April at a Iames concert. Without going too deep into everything, he was very sociable and friendly from the first time we spoke to him when we were too early and then again at the end of the gig where he was again happily engaging in friendly banter and happily sharing some local knowledge of places to visit.
I only know his first name as Phil and was a local lad. His personality from the outset made our experience a lot more enjoyable. It is a breath of fresh air from some of the door staff I’ve encountered at the many gigs I go to.

Was a good experience, Antony was a great teacher.

The learning atmosphere was fantastic and the trainer was really helpful.

I would like to formally commend the security team from FGH Security who were on duty at the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall on 6 March 2026.

As someone with over 25 years of experience working in the security industry, I am particularly aware of the standards required to manage public events effectively and professionally. The team on duty that evening demonstrated an excellent level of professionalism, organisation, and courtesy throughout the event.

From arrival through to departure, the staff managed the flow of attendees calmly and efficiently, maintaining a visible security presence while remaining approachable and respectful to guests. Their conduct reflected strong teamwork, good situational awareness, and a clear commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

It was evident that the team were well-coordinated and carried out their duties to a very high standard. Their efforts contributed positively to the overall experience at the venue and deserve recognition.

Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to the team who were working that evening.

Absolutely brilliant security team at a recent Robbie Williams concert at Aviva Studios in Manchester. Emily was the first member of the team we spoke to, she was professional, approachable and went above and beyond all day.
Ahmed and Neish managing the door entry couldn’t have done more to ensure a drama free entrance, under at times trying situations with others fans. They kept their cool and remained assertive and firm.
We can’t thank Emily, Ahmed and Neish enough, they made the whole day a pleasure. Hope we’ll see FGH Security at another event soon. Thanks everyone, excellent job 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
