Big thanks for the work put in by Danielle and the team. We helped complete a refinance of an existing loan secured against a residential investment property in South Wales.

The borrower’s previous loan had run past term, and with some credit challenges on their record, a lot of lenders wouldn’t take the case forward.

It was also great to get my first deal done with Danielle. Her proactive, straightforward approach made the whole process smooth from start to finish.

I contacted Finanta after trying so many companies for assistance. I had to raise funds urgently but no one was able to help. I initially spoke to Alex who promised everything but delivered nothing, I spoke to another 2 people at this company and again more waste of time.

Have used Finanta as a broker and also their sister company Skybridge Lending, both owned by the same guy. They are the worst broker/lender we have unfortunately had to deal with over the past several years and highly recommend you find another broker. Their sister company have just had my honest review removed by Trustpilot. They double the interest owed over the entire term of the loan if you go a day over your contract term. On a £58k loan we have ended up paying £40k in interest. None of the brokers/advisors I have spoken with can believe how Finanta/Skybridge have operated. Please do yourself a favour and avoid.
