Great service. Highly efficient customer service

Got a phone call from Fire to talk me through the account and ask if there's anything I would need, and actually I did have a question that he answered straight away, very helpful. I recommend.

Thank you for the very good and quick support with all previous questions. We always felt very well supported. It was always very straightforward, fast and technically flawless. It has always been professional support. At this point we would like to thank the whole team again.

We are banking with Fire for the digital ad campaigns of our clients and we are quite happy so far. Their debit cards have very high transaction limits which is very useful for digital ad agencies. The only drawback is that they only accept SEPA payments, not SWIFT.

Their customer service is also very responsive and that's why I recommend Fire.com to everyone.

I have just opened an account with Fire.The opening process seemed straightforward, with the correct amount of KYC and AML queries. Not over the top as with many banks. I had a query re my first deposit and got a response quickly. Early days yet, but the signs are good.

When one is planning to open a bank account the most important is that the company should be 100% trustable. The second important thing is easy to contact with my future bank. These two factors are highly recommended when it comes to business accounting. I heard about Fire bank from my business partner - she already closed her account with them - and I understand that this is not 'real' banking but still... I've tried to call them but each time just a voice recorder telling to send an email. I've sent three emails in the past two weeks, I sent two messages on their Facebook page. This is a nightmare! I created companies on 5 continents all over the world but this is the worst service ever. I give them one more chance and will fill a complaint against this cheap 'bank'.

Just been laughing at the obviously fake review that was claimed fire have responded quickly over the last few months! I will ultimately claim this is rubbish since my husband has been waiting two weeks for a reply !
Where do I start? Urmmm all was well and good until we went to transfer money from the business account we had with fire to find they had shut the account! And they had said nothing to us !
My husband then had a conversation Online with a representative of fire who told my husband the money had been sent to the treasury, low and behold that was a lie and after spending 5,000 pounds to recovery the business assets the solicitor and accountant have both been told by the treasury the money is not with them !
No phone number you can ring, no customer support online, have to contact via Facebook to be told please email support ermmmm wait we did and have had no answer again ! This is a terrible bank get your money out while you can !

The Fire.com responded quickly (during lockdown at that), efficiently and correctly. An issue causing us concern was simply sorted. And you can't ask for more than that.

Excellent service. I have been working with Fire for more than 3 years now and I can really recommend them. Support is lightning fast and comes back with real solutions.

By mistake I duplicated a transfer, and had support to ask for cancellation of one of them. I had a reply in less than an hour, and they managed to do it ! excellent reactivity I would not have from traditional banks.
Excellent service, I just wish they would very soon offer the possibility to program a transfer for a later date, and not only immediately.
I understand this is coming soon, it will be very handy.
