Bad bad bad .... don't waste your money with this substandard so called cleaning company. Company owner turned up with his parents to do a total house clean .... charged us £300!! for a job that ended up having to be totally cleaned throughout again by ourselves. The owner came back to rectify some areas but still not up to standard. Would not even negotiate a refund or even partial refund saying "we don't do refunds" .... no they just take your money and run. A 5 year old could have done a better job!!

I've paid £120 for a "deep, move-out clean" of a one-bed flat. In the end it was only partly cleaned... I had to come back to the flat and clean myself stoves, one kitchen wall, the bathroom's fittings and floor... to be noted that I pre-cleaned the oven to be sure they wouldn't waste to much time on it!! When trying to contact the manager (the same guy that before the cleaning will contact you MANY times to make sure you pay cash on the day of cleaning) I got only a very rude response: "you only paid for three hours!" he said, yes, BUT he was the one that suggested those three hours!! Plus, why should I pay for a specific time?! If you do a move out clean I'm expecting the whole flat to be clean. Awful service. Try another one.

When we were let down by a large cleaning company on the day of hand over for an end of tenancy clean, First For Cleaning did everything possible to help us out and get the job done last minute and to the highest quality. Their price was competitive and Clyde was a pleasure to deal with throughout acting with honesty and integrity.

We have no hesitation in recommending them, we will use this company again.

I have use this company many times before, The staff are polite and friendly and they do a thorough job. All the staff we have had speak English, and the last job they did for us was not easy but we had a fantastic result

Requested a "Deep Clean" and upon inspecting had to point out multiple areas that were still dusty. Cleaners turned up with cleaning supplies in bags but no vacuum cleaner. Was told they vacuumed in the rooms but not hallways even though this should have been done. Upon inspecting and with no vacuum in site, this was not done. Attempting to complain to company, no response. AVOID at all costs! Was told we would have 2 cleaners for 4 hours, 4 people showed up and they said they'd be done in less time, upon returning 3 cleaners left, and only 1 remained who didn't speak English. The only good thing to come of it was the 1 remaining cleaner did a good job in just the Kitchen, the rest of the clean was terrible. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The carpet cleaner they used was top of the range and made our carpets look like new. The cleaning was first class we were really pleased with the care and effort, we have no complaints

This company was recommended to me by a friend they ware efficient and very good value for money and we will be using them again

Shockingly bad job. The cleaners arrived an hour late without equipment . The place is still dirty . Not professional clean at all . Let alone a deep clean as it was supposed to be. Do not use this company. I made a big mistake using them . I feel like i have been scammed. I made the mistake of only reading the first few reviews on here and looking at the star rating . I hope you don't make the same mistake I did .

As a perfectionist, I didn’t think I’d enjoy someone else cleaning my home, but the service was amazing. Daniel and Aisha took their time and did everything they were supposed to do. They were short of time, but even went an extra mile to finish their extra tasks. Definitely using them again & I definitely recommend. Everything is clean and spotless.
