Reliable Service

We have called this company several times as we have had reoccurring sewage problems.

We are very grateful for their service, as on two occasions the sewage problems occurred late at night.

They always arrive at short notice and do a very thorough job. We have also used them for carpet and curtain cleaning, which has been also been excellent.

We are very grateful and thank you for your service we will always be using you in the future.

My sister and I have used their services at a our homes as well as for other properties that we own and rent out.

Recently a tenant left one of our properties in really bad condition, and we had a new tenant who was ready to move in quite quickly, so we had a very short window to get things turned around and ready.

They cleaned the whole house, including removing all the rubbish, cleaning all the carpets, rugs, sofas, and every single surface in the kitchen. It was a much needed deep clean as the place had been left in an awful state.

They are always very professional and keep me posted by providing both before and after pictures to show what has been done.

They are now part of my emergency contacts team for any further problems.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT USE. They are overpriced and scammed me of 130 pounds. the quality was so bad and the customer service. they spent no more than 10 minutes. save yourself the time and money. The owner and manager is a scammer and theif.

I would like to thank Clyde and Amir for their amazing customer service. Appointment booked by Clyde was very straightforward and easy and the cleaning Amir done BEAUTIFUL. The professionalism and care to details given by both were very outstanding.
I required my flat to be cleaned and sanitised and he done it in a magnificent manner.
He left no mess behind and with their easy approach and clear communication and understanding I am a HAPPY customer.
I will definitely recommend them to others and will go to them if I ever need a cleaning done.

A massive thank you to first for cleaning who really saved me this week after we knocked over a window box and 3 huge potted plants off the window sill at my office an absolute nightmare, plants and wet soil all over the office brand new carpet. Their office were extremely professional when dealing with my query and the booking process was straight forward. We called them at 8pm on a Saturday evening and they arranged for Amir to arrive in little less than 2 hours. They had all the necessary equipment and products and were able to remove the excess water and the stains from the carpet. We have used many emergency companies in the past. I thought I’d take the time to write this review as normally I don’t bother.

This is a SCAM company. My husband called these folks to do some simple cleaning of our newly renovated house. Spoke to a bloke named Clyde. Extremely sweet initially. Charged us £200 for the worst cleaning ever.
I’m sure the “great” reviews are made by paid trolls.
As soon as they get their money, the will block your number.
Instead of cleaning, the woman they sent out made things worse and left a massive mess. She didn’t speak English and used same cloth for all surfaces: same cloth to remove dust and to wipe toilets , thus jeopardising the health and safety of the tenants inhabiting the house.
Clyde is scammer who doesn’t give two damns about health and safety, as soon as the customer has paid him.
This company has one big and fat question mark. I will happily elaborate my statement in a court.

First For Cleaning came to my rescue in the aftermath of a blocked drain, which caused a flood (sewage) in my flat. Their team arrived promptly on a Saturday evening and quickly transformed my place from an abomination to sanitised and sparkling. Last minute emergency end of tenancy clean. Clyde moved jobs around to do ours (and I am not a previous Client) which I appreciated. Two young ladies turned up and did an amazing job. Filthy cookers and showers etc. will definitely use this company again.
