Absolute joke! We will be popping round to see them this week.
Asked for a deposit upfront then arrived on site and would not start work
With out full payment up front which is completely embarrassing! Then decided to charge another £250 for waiting time eventually they started work did a half arsed crap job which looked better before they started then left site. They have already been reported to the necessary people and if we do not receive a response or refund this week it will be going legal
Avoid at all costs!

They were able to set me up with a same day appointment for a deep clean and sanitise where waste water had come back up in to my bathroom following the recent torrential rain. Other firms were quoting higher and had lead times from several days to several weeks. The agent on site did a great job, and got rid of all of the worst of the issue, so it was safe for me to go in and do a final sweet and sanitise and wipe down of everything for my own peace of mind.

The job to clean up from a flood of waste water from an upstairs flat was done brilliantly (and at very short notice) and everything looks better than before. Our thanks to the ladies who did the job.

I used First for cleaning twice. Once for after flood cleaning and once for a jet wash service.
The office were extremely helpful and professional when dealing with my query, even providing the after flood cleaning at extremely short notice very late at night.

The operatives who attended to clean were meticulous and did a really great job. They had all the equipment and products and even sanitised all the areas affected by the flood. I was really impressed and so relieved I had chosen them.

By chance I contacted them again to ask if they did jet washing and again, the office were extremely helpful, Clyde assisted and got the job booked in within 24 hours. I had an issue with the water pipe at the front of my house Which wasn't working and they quickly reassured me that they had the equipment, a 20 metre extension which could stretch from the front to the back of my house.
Again, a really great job done cleaning the driveway and garden patio.

Having used many companies previously I must say this is the best service I have received, from the initial phone call, to the updated arrival times and the professional staff that attended I would give this company ten stars if I could.

I thought I'd take the time to write a review, as I don't normally bother, but I was so happy I want others to see that there are some super companies out there doing a really great job!!

First for Cleaning were very expensive & they were super busy and did a very fast and half hearted job. It was entirely my fault for trusting the boss (Clyde). He was very charming and a wonderful conversationalist. He even called me to say that “I was lucky that he could squeeze me in” as they had become super busy due to flash floods in South West London. I was grateful as it was a last minute booking.

I was very busy with the house move and was not able to check everything as he had suggested. I paid £450 for my 3 bed flat that has just been refurbished.

I should have heeded Clyde’s advice - however 2 children and a house move alone was too much for me. I simply trusted them. I am not blaming the boss - but unfortunately they were desperate to finish my flat to “earn more money”. Surfaces were left dusty. None of the cupboards inside were cleaned (in the kitchen or any of the rooms (they were FILTHY) or the fireplace. The outside was left very dirty. I had left specific instructions but I only saw the outside of the rooms which looked fine.

Again - my fault - but if you need to trust someone and need them to do a good job without a full after inspection- go to a trusted source.

I don’t even want to speak to the company again… I put it down to my idiocy. However, I don’t want anyone else stung - especially if they are very busy and cannot oversee the project.

The company expect you to visit once in the middle of the job to pay - and once at the end - but I had to leave very quickly and asked them to finish up - they didn’t - they took the money and left.

Prompt, professional service at a very competitive price. Cleaned very Hazardous situations where general cleaners could not at unsociable hours.

After moving into a horrible flat in Canary Wharf, I called First For Cleaning and I was assisted step by step to have an immediate team of cleaners who sanitized and cleaned the whole apartment.
They were very efficient, quick, kind and they paid attention to detail.
I totally recommend their service!

First of all I did not allow them to clean and asked them to go where ever they started. I did not worry about the £80 deposit I gave but asking money on arrival was more suspicious. The cleaners were polite but i do not think the boss was. He was rude when i called him. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THEM, especially right now they do not have properly cleaned equipments, the mop was so dirty, you do not want to
Let them use. Covid precautions not taken.

Clyde arranged an emergency clean for us within two hours for a very messy job and it was all cleaned and disinfected the same day.
The people who attended were very polite and I would use the company again.

First class - booked an end of tenancy clean with a different firm who didn’t turn up 3 hours before new tenants were due to move in. Desperately called round for a replacement and then found First for Cleaning. They were so calm and helpful on the phone. Did everything possible to support and managed to get hold of cleaners at short notice. Not only that but the cleaners that came were first class - really high quality but boy did they graft. Genuinely couldn’t recommend this company enough. They turned round a very very stressful situation that felt really desperate. Thank you so much

Excellent services.
We had to have sewage cleaning done because our waste pipe been damaged inside a concealed toilet without knowing until we found a leak. The team was so professional and cleaned, sanitised the area with such care.
They are also so courteous, took off shoes, take care of the surrounding and my flat. Not to mention they worked till 8:30 pm until I'm satisfied.
