Wire transfer- I had no appointment but Oshin did her most excellent best to get my wire transfer in by the 2:30p cutoff fot the day. Saved me the cost of another day’s interest. Very pleasant, fast, and helpful.

First Tech offers superior care towards members. I also really appreciate the incredibly secure web banking, which exceeds any other platform I've ever encountered. Though a member of First Tech for over a decade, I recently decided to switch solely to credit unions for financial services. In the transition, I called today and was able to speak to someone for help to complete the process. Wow. The conversation, call, experience, guidance I was given was beyond any expectation. I asked if I could continue the conversation, to begin learning and using some of the savvy options given, because it felt like kismat. Ms. Nicole Monaghan communication, professionalism, understanding, and service was beyond amazing - so refreshing.

Nicole met me where I was at, answered my questions, explained my options, and allowed me to navigate and explore them. She was an attentive and attuned listener, understood my needs, and we came up with a solution together that would be best. However, she was so mindful in communicating I hung up the phone in awe. I am so grateful to have met Nicole Monaghan, and to be able to work with her on my financial needs; additionally, I am really happy to be exclusively part of a credit union. What a difference it makes - profound.
