I was able to understand everything that was going on and overall it was a good experience! Super quick and easy with no problems at all.

The agent, Sadie Jahn, was phenomenal. I came near closing and she quickly asked me to sit down by her desk.
We had a complicated issue with a 3rd party insurance company and she connected me to the insurance company.
Ms. Sadie Jahn had end up changing accounts, closing an account and reversing some charges. We went way over closing, but she stayed there and did not try to rush me.
I could not believe her service. A few days later she worked on some more items and then called me and sent email.
Again and again, super great service.

This branch refuses to have tellers for simple transactions. I needed to deposit $600 in cash and was told I’d have to wait 20-40 min for someone at a desk to help me. Or I could make an appointment to come in later!! Couldn’t do this at the atm outside. “They want to help each customer with ALL their account needs” which is nonsense for they want to sell you things you didn’t come in for. I could have driven to the Beaverton branch in that 20 minutes. I went to my car and waited even though I’m disabled and walking is tough. They have NO nearby handicap parking. Very dissatisfied.

The service is not great because they don’t seem to know what they are doing. It’s awful to only have one branch In town. The phone support is the worst and same with e-mail. I ordered a replacement card and they couldn’t get it to work because of some system glitch and they told me there was nothing they could do and that if I got a new card, the same thing would happen. I couldn’t use my debit card for over a week. I can’t wait to find a new bank.

As a credit union employee, this interaction was pretty bad. Especially coming from the Assistant Manager of the branch. AM was chatting with her coworkers on teams during my entire interaction, barely spoke to me because she was so busy chatting it up ( I could also see her screen). Super unprofessional and a terrible member experience.
