We’ve been members of the Credit Union for decades and are very pleased with the services. Our local representative, Amanda, has helped us for many years with CDs, new accounts, and advice on many topics – always patient with our many & sometimes complicated queries, and time effective. The agents online and at the 800# are very responsive and thorough. The website is greatly improved in the last few years and works smoothly; handy to have access to our accounts and to do transfers between accounts & other financial institutions. Statements are well organized and posted in a timely manner.

Amanda was on time, friendly and very helpful in reviewing all our accounts at First Tech.

She also came up with a debt plan for my daughter in another appointment that week, which was a huge help to her. We were both so pleased with what she did for us.
