SCAM! DONT ORDER FROM THEM!

Scam website. Ordered shoes and told 2-3 days to process. No news 3 days later. Emailed 3 times and called twice with no response over 10 days. Filed a chargeback on the 11th day. The next day they refunded minus a $10 refund fee. Scammers.

Ordered shoes on June 6th and have received no updates although they charged my credit card. Tried contacting them by both phone and email and have received no response. Seems like a scam website to me. Notified my bank and am trying to get a refund but so far no luck.

I️ have ordered shoes online from Fit2Run twice now and both times the shoes have been at a great discounted price, have arrived on time and in new condition just as advertised. I️ will continue to order shoes from them and recommend them to others.
I️ wear a large size shoe. Most stores only carry a few in my size and they sell out quickly, so I️ order shoes online often.

This company is borderline stealing. They allow you to purchase items that they don't even have in stock with no plans of ever having them in stock. A normal company wouldn't charge you until your product was verified, not Fit2run. Bill is probably rolling over in his grave. His son would rather use that money to travel then reinvest it back into the company to fix it.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Placed an order in store so that I could use my club points which wouldn't work online. I've had absolutely no update in 2 weeks and the store was unhelpful and couldn't care less. They don't respond to emails or texts, and I've currently been on hold with their phone number for a half hour. Really disappointing as I've purchased shoes in store without an issue and this nonsense is making me never want to go there again.

I bought from fit2run, and then I read this reviews and man I was scared!! I waited 1 day after I made the purchase, then I called them, I used the phone number of the headquarters to get CS. They told my order was in and it was being prepared at the moment. Next day the tracking was sent and I was delivered the day after. Maybe they're getting better at this now. Anyway I wanted to share my experience, to let people know. Prices are good, shipping was fast and carefully wrapped.

Just got my running shoes for a great price. Wanted to get a pair of Gel Nimbus 24 since they have changed them so much in latest versions. Shipped to me for free. They emailed me when they were shipped. Will order again from them.

Order placed item never received-
placed order 4-2, and got the order confirmation email. Thats it. No shoes. no follow up email with order status. I tried to look it up online and got the "whoops" page. I tried emailing them, calling them and left a message, and texted them with no response. Finally today I got a response that "I am in line for a refund ad the item is out of stock" I "should" get my refund in 7 business days. What a headache- Its not worth my time. I will not waste my time buying from here again.

Placed order, site says 2-3 business days shipping lead time. Three weeks later no shoes. Needed for a trip. Sent an email - no reponse, called and left message, no response. Call generated an automated text message asking what issue is, messaged 3 xs, no reponse. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Charged my card but never shipped - had to dispute with credit card company.

As others have experienced. Made an order, got a confirmation, credit card was charged, no shoes sent. No response to repeated emails and contacts through their website. They should not be allowed to sell items over the internet. I will have to file a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back.

I ordered a pair of brooks glycerin drip running shoes March 10th 23, they have never been sent and they refuse to give me a refund and the owner blames it on low in stock and system errors, this company doesn’t even deserve a 1 star review, be prepared to never receive your order or a refund when buying from unfit to be in business

Six days just to slap on a shipping label and have FedEx pick up. (Order placed 21 May... looked up in my Fedex app to see label created 27May.) And that's after calling twice to ask the status of my order. Who knows how long it'll take to get here. They may be a great local running store... but they are awful for online orders.

The absolute worst company to do business online. Items never ship and returns to the store are dependent on a store manager or asst. manager sending an email to corporate with the returned item's information. Plus the store cannot issue any paperwork confirming the return.
Update: After a conversation with Fit2Run's Corporate eCommerce people the replacement shoes were overnighted to me and the refund was issued.

I ordered a shoe to be overnighted a week ago. I’ve placed a dozen phone calls and three emails since then. Still don’t have the shoe.

Scam. I ordered shoes on January 27th. After a week without receiving a shipping notification, I called to see if they could tell me when they might ship. Surprisingly, I was able to speak to someone immediately who looked into things and found that my shoes were no longer in stock. When I asked why they hadn’t let me know this she responded by saying there was some kind of a glitch in the site that is showing things as in stock when they aren’t. I told her I wanted a refund. She said I should see it within a few days. After I hung up, I got an email apologizing that my shoes weren’t in stock and asking me if I’d like a replacement or a refund. WTH. So I respond back that I want a refund. That email was rejected. So I decided to wait to see if the refund posted to my account, but it hasn’t yet. That was on Feb 3. It’s now the 14th. I just tried to call and sat on hold for 5 minutes before I decided to not waste anymore of my time with this company. I just disputed the charge with my CC company. I should have read reviews before I purchased. Stay away from them.

I ordered tennis shoes and was charged immediately. I did not receive a confirmation number or email. I tried to look up my order online and then the website says they are down and will be up and running soon. I then went to google and looked at the reviews on this site and called my cc company right away to dispute the charge. I wish I would have looked this up before the order. Do not order from them online it is a scam.
Although I still have not received any contact from them and are unable to get a hold of anyone and unable to see a confirmation number or order number, the shoes did come in the mail today. I am questioning if they are authentic. I ordered another pair from a trusted company and will compare them when they arrive.

DON'T ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE!! NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE! I tried to order a pair of sneakers online. they gave me a confirmation of purchase but never a tracking number? there is no way to contact them with customer service. I never got the sneakers. I tried calling the stores down in Florida and they couldn't help. so I called my bank to get a refund!! Nothing but a waste of time!! SHAME ON YOU FIT2RUN!!

Clean store, nice variety. We had a problem applying our Club Points but instead of giving up or referring us online Ashley at UTC Mall in Sarasota Florida took the time to help us solve the problem so we were able to order the shoes we wanted. A million thanks.
