Really helpful and welcoming.
I called before I went to make sure the treadmill I would like to see was available and spoke to Jack who was very helpful. When we got there Jack greeted us and was a great help in showing and explaining the treadmill I had picked. Before I went I was a bit nervous as I do not know much about treadmills and fitness and dident want to be confused by someone giving me a lot of technical information but Jack kept the information very easy to understand and I dident feel uncomfortable asking questions, we had a good chat as he sorted the order and we felt at ease the whole time. Thank you for making everyone feel welcome 😊

My partner and I visited the shop on multiple occasions, while going through the process of building our new gym. The service from our first visit right to our last visit to purchase our cardio equipment has been incredible! All the staff that we have dealt with (Justin, Jack and Melanie) have really delivered on customer service and product knowledge - never pushy or forcing stuff on us!!

Exercise bike
I had an exercise bike delivered, it had a missing part and after several attempts to get them to deliver a missing part, nothing has arrived despite them saying its on its way. Appalling after service, avoid this company. I am now having to go through small claims court to get my money back
