I have just arranged for Flat Pack Professional Ltd to install our shed. I would like to say how professional, and polite they were throughout the installation. The team texted on the day to inform of arrival time and were on time.Their work ethic, and drive was exceptional and if any challenges came up, they had a solution.
Their costings were reasonable and were warranted for the installation along with their professional attitude.
I would 100% recommend this company to install a shed , based on my customer experience recently.

Thoughtful, well-presented guys and a very solid construction job. Prompt, fast, responsive, courteous service. Used additional screws of their own to improve what was supplied.

The team were respectful, professional and competent.
There was no mucking about they just got on with the job and completed in timely fashion and great standard.
They inspected the shed parts before assembly to ensure they were of good quality. This was the second visit as on the first there were a couple of defective parts. On the first visit they contacted Forest to get the parts exchanged .
Excellent customer service. Would use them again.

I’ve hired Bradley and his team before and knew as soon as we had flat pack again they were the guys to call! Very professional, highly skilled, super efficient and very helpful and knowledgeable- they took time and care with my furniture and helped me choose the best positions for it all to go, before fixing it to the walls. Really good value for money as well. Will certainly be calling them again when I next have flat pack to assemble! They take the stress, fuss and most importantly- the heavy time commitment - out of doing it ourselves. Thank you team!

My friend recommended Flat Pack Professionals and I’m so glad she did. I emailed Bradley quite a few times before deciding to book him. He was always patient with answering my many questions. On the day I was advised of an arrival time. My wardrobes were then fitted so fast with no fuss including lights. They did them in a way where the wires are invisible. Bradley was asking me questions all along to make sure everything was as expected. They did a really accurate, brilliant job and tidied everything up and put my old wardrobes in the garden for me. I was so impressed and cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks so much Bradley and the team. I would highly recommend them

Bradley and Joe were punctual, polite and very fast at assembling a loft bed with desk and wardrobe underneath and a couple of IKEA Kaplan units. They kindly pointed out potential health and safety hazards for my daughter who would be using the bed and readily identified missing parts but assembled as much as they could prior to departing. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them. Great to have a fixed cost. A few years back I agreed to hourly rates for someone on Task Rabbit who clearly wasn’t experienced at this type of thing. Big mistake!
