Wont use again.
I moved from my Standard Small business Esso fuel card to Fleetmaxx Esso, the service started well and the prices good. But when I accidentally filled with a premium fuel, I was charged not only the premium pump price but a significant ADMIN about the pump price too! When I challenged Fleetmaxx - all communication stopped. Very sad :-(

Great Sales Approach
Was approached via our social media offering their services by Keiron and moved to email and telephone communication. Really helpful gentleman, explained all we required to know and made the process for finding the right fuel card for us seamless. Not pushy at all and this is the approach we prefer, made us more inclined to listen to what his company was offering.

Had such a bad experience with this company, was given a quote over the phone agreed prices and thought good to go. Started using the cards and was getting calls saying they had exceeded limit, very confused as wasnt informed of limit and had explained how much fuel I required! Absolute waste of time! Awful communication, no official correspondence STAY CLEAR

They charge double fees for issuing…
They charge double fees for issuing cards, then have trouble refunding money. Prices are inflated, higher than what they quote at the beginning of the week. It often happens that the price on the invoice is 30% higher than what appears at the fuel pump. They don't respond to emails. Avoid this company.
