Great service. I have used Floor to Ceiling a few times now. You can undoubtedly find cheaper but the service and quality wouldn't be matched I think.

We had a complete wardrobe fitted in the main bedroom and replacement doors in the second one. The guidance and planning was excellent and the actual fitting work carried out to a very high standard with a minimum of disturbance and mess. Floor to Ceiling have stringent covid protection protocols in place for staff and customers. We are delighted with the finished result.

Last year we engaged Floor To Ceiling (F2C) to fit wardrobes into a bedroom Alcove, they had a deserved reputation for this type of work and, well within their comfort-zone, delivered magnificently. In January we started due-diligence to find a company that would replace our kitchen and F2C were shortlisted. After considering many specialist kitchen companies we started to believe that the we wanted was a company who cared as much about our kitchen as we did. Many companies claim 'tailored, bespoke' solutions but that's often no more than selecting the best fit from a limited range of options then padding out to make it fit. Typically this is done after a single scoping visit and whilst the existing kitchen is in place. Removing the old kitchen, replastering etc changed the dimensions and would have simply added to the 'padding'. Not with F2C, they came back and re-specified and adjusted the design as our thoughts matured. Every unit, every door, every curved surface was built specifically for our kitchen. Covid-19 struck mid-install, we managed with carcasses and a makeshift worktop for 3 months - but I believe that had we gone elsewhere, we would not have had a functioning kitchen; no other company would have shown their commitment to our needs and being local, they were able to quickly fabricate parts that others would have had to order. To be clear - they designed, supplied and fitted the units and doors etc; they integrated with the worktop supplier and worked around the other trades. Electrical, plumbing, plastering and decorating were not their thing and they were clear about that, in so doing they accepted the inevitable impact on their own timelines.
In short - they were wonderful, we are as happy with our kitchen as we were with our wardrobes.

We recently moved house and hadn't a clue how to revamp or replace the fitted wardrobes we had that were so outdated. We visited floor to ceiling, Adam gave us good advice and information, we felt we need look no further. Out new wardrobes were planned, fitted exactly as we wanted. We love them. Thankyou to all.

Very happy with my sons fitted bed and furniture! Martin completed professional drawings after visiting my home and I later viewed them in the showroom whilst choosing the colour of the wood finish and handles. The fitter had it completed in two days with minimal mess and I was very impressed with his work. Great follow up care from both Martin and Adam after installation. A pleasure from start to finish and I’d highly recommend these guys.

I have been very impressed with Floor to Ceiling. They were able to prepare a design and quote from my measured drawing of the bedroom. On accepting the quote, we agreed an install date. The fitters arrived as planned and did an excellent job. There was a slight problem with the electrics caused by a fitter drilling through a cable but they arranged for an electrician to attend at their cost. We are very pleased with our wardrobes. They look modern and professionally fitted making good use of the space. I noticed 2 drawer knobs were slightly scratched and a fitter is coming to replace them. I reported a soft closer wasn’t working and that’s because een dealt with too.
Overall, we are very happy with the service and the end product.

I can absolutely recommend this company. I have had 2 bedrooms fitted and they both look fantastic. Absolutely perfect and made as I wanted them to my requirements. Both Martin and Adam are extremely helpful and any appointments made at the shop or the house were punctual. I can't fault them enough and would say to anyone thinking of having bespoke fitted wardrobes to go to floor to ceiling you will not be disappointed. Not forgetting the fitters who did a brilliant job. Thanks again to all Jackie.

Good, there are things that are could be better but this was down to the spec, things like the screw covers, the overall look and finish is very good though. Fitting was good and the fitter tidied after himself and got it done in the time quoted.

From the first time we visited Floor to Ceiling's showroom until the completion and final invoice, the service was helpful and courteous; nothing was too much bother.They developed the design with us, always keeping an eye on our budget. We were delighted with what we could achieve for our budget. Mark did the installation, in a freezing house prior to our completion of purchase.
