Have been a customer for several years with EXP pricing. They have upped their fees and lowered the number of scans you get to 10 for $60 a year and now want $25 a month! Crazy! Found I can get the codes for FREE on Canva. Very disappointing, Flowcode. You are gouging people. Greedy.

I can't say it's five star yet If it is legit then it's supreme I've been using it for 70 something days I got 14 days before I can withdraw If I can not withdraw I'll let you know.

Absolutely 0 customer service presence. Skip this one, use something different. Only allows 3 codes free, then it's expensive and they still don't care about helping you. Customer service doesn't answer the phone AND the AI chat help literally just doesn't respond. This company is a joke. They've "lost" my codes that are currently IN USE, so I have no way of editing them. A joke.

Flowcode directs to a wrong page. I tried to get some help via chat, but it just ends the chat.

I’m so happy I found Flowcode! It’s seriously the best QR code tool out there. Setting it up was super easy, and now I can actually see who’s scanning my codes and where they’re doing it. The info they give you is way better than anything I’ve tried before. I also love the fun colors that I can add to the QR code!

They offer a service (QR) code, make a promise that it is free. You print and then distribute.. Then. The QR code stops working, stating that, "the QR code was deleted by the creator"
When I contacted the help desk they "fixed" the code - for about a day.
And now all scans say the error code again.

Useless, company. Do not use!

Flowcode is the best QR technology on the market. It’s super easy to get set up and allows you full viability into who is engaging with your codes where. Their data is better than the rest.

Which is to say that a basic code was easy to get and free. I didn't think I'd need a logo or fancy design, but it can't hurt (and wasn't hard!).
And getting analytics on scans and clicks is really helpful if you want to try different codes on in different placements - to see what works best!

The platform is user-friendly and the customer service is excellent.

Super easy to use, used for my sister's professional dance performance to get attendees better connected with the her digital portfolio, and was able to get 20+ subscribed to her. Intuitive UI as well and support docs were helpful

We've had a Code and contact page for about 6 weeks. Recently my contacts have disappeared and any new ones that I'm informed about are not one the contacts list when I login to see them.
The customer support offered is sketchy at best. It's been 3 days and no one has reached out to me despited repeated plea's for help. This level of customer assistance is just not acceptable in the current business climate.
I have researched in hope of finding an actual phone number that is attended in vain but Did see that Flowcode is headed by a former Goggle Ex. We ALL know Goggle has zero customer service, so assuming this Gentleman has brought this same attitude about customers with him to his new position.

I've been using Flowcode for our companies marketing for a couple years now. We have a sales booklet with about a code on each page which allows us to see which page needs more explanation or more follow through. Also use the codes on our TV commercials and building locations for estimate bookings as we're a local service area business.

Love the platform and suggest it as often as I can. 5/5 stars.

Seamless user experience to create QR codes for connecting with people. The analytics and amount of information you can get, including location the code was scanned is really helpful. Flowcode is regularly updating their platform and adding features that bring more value and insights.

I always read trustpilot reports so I was skeptical of this service based on previous reviews. There are a lot of competitors in the space. Had to create some codes and a page for my mom's business launch.

Long story short, the codes turned out great. The design of the codes fits her branded merch way better than one of those ugly pixelated square codes. I had to contact support when I couldn't get an image to align right on my page and the reps were so helpful! (Thanks Alex and Corinne) They even offered a custom designed code to better match my mom's logo and color scheme.

It seems on their website that they have 2 offerings? Flowcode 1 and Flowcode 2. I guess that's what the previous reviews were referring to when they were talking about being upsold. I can't speak for Flowcode 2—even though the ads for it looked cool. My experience with "Flowcode 1" was good and I'd use them again.

I had an issue not being able to see some data for a code I made. Reached out to Flowcode support and they were able to get it fixed in less than a day. Very responsive support team

Flowcode is awesome. The platform makes it super easy to see how my out of home marketing is preforming and helps me track the ROI for each campaign.

Wonderful product. I created QR codes to use on fliers to promote my business and I'm getting way more scans than I was getting with another free qr I was using before. I love the way the platform is set up, everyone on my team is happy and was able to create within no-time.

What a great service until they nearly TRIPLE their rates on you with NO WARNING WHATSOEVER. We have several non profit clients who had us create codes for them. Now we are stuck holding the bag for a 3x rate increase. Can we go month-to-month until we can let our clients know about the increase to help defer our costs? SURE... if we want to pay OVER DOUBLE the price! Yikes, I knew corporate greed was a thing, but you guys are really THE WORST.
