I would never recommend them to anyone
I would strongly advise against using this company. They hire people who are untrained and unqualified, and there is no competent staff available to take responsibility or manage the service properly. There are constant problems with the cleaners’ attendance and punctuality.
They also attempt to charge for services without any proper verification of timesheets, and there is no effective system in place to confirm whether the staff are actually working. Communication is poor, management is disorganised, and the overall professionalism is extremely low.
In my experience, this company demonstrates terrible management, lack of accountability, and completely unreliable service. I would never recommend them to anyone.
