Clive was very personable, respectful and professional. He brought with him a wide range of photographic equipment. He was very thorough and explained exactly what he would be doing. It was 35 degrees when he arrived but he continued cool as a cucumber ! I would definitely recommend Focal Agent for their amazing personnel and skills in obtaining some great perspectives on my property.

He was a friendly and efficient person who did his job quickly and with a minimum of fuss!

I paid FocalAgent for professional property photography and a floor plan, but neither was fit for purpose.

The photographs were dark, included duplicate images and were not of a standard suitable for marketing the property. The floor plan was supplied without measurements, making it of little practical use.

When I complained, it took around a month to receive a meaningful response. By then, I had already rented the property, making any proposed resolution pointless.

Poor-quality work, poor customer service, and a complete waste of money.
