Bought a birdbath from Foras, less than 2 years later a very large crack has appeared, 1st couple of emails they were sympathetic but once they realised I wouldn't accept their offer of 20% off a new birdbath (they wanted more profit form my bad experience) they basically refused to negotiate,would not recommend this company due to their poor company service, I only wish I had read reviews prior to buying AVOID, AVOID , AVOID.

We bought their Sea Salt Waterfall on the tall pedestal nearly 5 years ago which is an amazing feature and has been admired by all who have seen it. We were so well looked after at the time, having driven up from Canterbury to look at it on display, and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, gave us as much time as we needed and were helpful answering all our questions. There after sales service and support has continued in the same vein. I recently broke the fountain nozzle trying to take the dish off the pedestal and, having spoken to John, the proprietor, he knew exactly what I needed and, within days, I had a replacement and everything was put back together and in working order. Thank you team Foras. A visit to Kings Lynn is worth it for the experience!

I ordered a birdbath for my mother’s birthday. The product arrived damaged. The company accepted no responsibility or liability and asked me to pay more money in order to replace the item.

Product advertised far below what is advertised on the website in terms of quality and customer service equally as poor.

Bought a very large zinc planter for the garden. When it arrived the box in which it had been sent was very badly damaged and when I removed the pot it had been badly pushed out of shape while in transit (it was oval instead of round). I managed to push it back into shape, so didn’t bother to send it back but I was very disappointed with the inadequate packaging and the rough and careless handling by the courier. If it had been a ceramic pot it would have arrived shattered.

Rainbow sandstone birdbath bowl arrived when promised by Foras by courier, securely packaged and looks as lovely as in the website picture. Highly recommended.
