Shocking service. Placed order one week a go. Requested tracking number when telephong Forever England, but they could neither advise me of this info, nor put me thro to someone who could. Three phone calls and an email have been sent requesting a VAT invoice, been assured would come but nothing!
Speaking thro own experience; there is zero after sales customer service. At time of writing; no goods received, no VAT invoice received, no tracking no. received.

Back visting my inlaws in sherbourne again.so nice to see lovely xmas bits in the shop .friendly girls as usual.

My mother bought and paid for the beautiful Chelsea Show bespoke quilt and cover set and eagerly awaited its arrival.
3 months later we have just been informed, after I have chased them by phone that their stock had been damaged and we wouldn't be receiving this item after all.
While I understand that these things happen, and suppliers can disappoint, what has upset us is that we were firstly informed in early July that there was a delay, and then nothing. My mother had called a few times to follow up and advise she was on holiday and to communicate by email or letter as she would not be able to receive phone call messages.
A salesperson tried to call apparently in the middle of August, but did not leave a message or follow up via letter, which in my opinion would have been the appropriate course of action, especially having held onto our money (about £150) since May.
Very disappointing customer service and phone communication.
I will not be recommending and they have left a very sour taste in our mouths.

I saw the stand at Hampton Court and took one of their cards asking if they have a website. I was told they did but there would be a 20% discount if I bought on the day, which I did. The item arrived promptly and it is lovely. However the discount was not 20% and they have simply stated the offer was up to 20%. I have pointed out this was not what I was told, would have been out of my price range without that discount and their stand had no obvious pricing or info about discounts etc. It's a shame but this has tainted my enjoyment of the product (it put me overdrawn). I shall be wary of doing business with them again and urge prospective purchasers to clarify the exact position before buying particularly in a venue as chaotic as Hampton Court.

I bought the most stunning cushion from Forever England at the Chelsea Flower Show . .nothing could surpass this and as an artist, the subtle colour palette is exquisite.

I first met this company at the Royal Highland Show in Edinburgh. Their products stuck out from the crowd. I had no intention of buying bredspreads but ended up buying 6 of them and 2 cushions. So very pleased with them and I have just ordered another bedspread and hope once I have saved some money to buy fabric to make curtains. Really fresh colours. Service is incredibly quick, really nice to deal with and am thrilled that they are firmly in my radar. Very good value for money. 5 star product, 5 star service what more is there to say, but buy, buy, buy. 100% recommended.

I ordered a continental quilted pillow case for my daughter. Before I ordered online, I rung up to check they had it in stock. The man on the other end was friendly and helpful, checking straightaway to see if the pillow case was available, and then taking my order on the phone. The pillow case arrived a few days later, and my daughter is thrilled with its colourful design. The product is of good quality - although I've not yet washed it so not sure how that will turn out! I'd recommend Forever England if you are looking for good quality bedding and efficient service.

Really quick! I ordered the bedspread one day and it turned up the following day! Such good quality too. Highly recommend them.

I bought this bedcover and pillow covers for our newly decorated spare room. It now looks great. It has become My snug for watching TV when my
Husband is watching football, motor racing the politics show etc etc.

I was not very happy with the delivery, it took three attempts to get to me!
Regarding the items I received, I was more than happy! They are beautiful and I will definitely be ordering more items. Well done Forever England.

We attended the shop itself in Salisbury and discussed at length with the owner the bedroom and bedding set, I had longed wished and saved up for. I purchased the bedding set and matching pillow that came complete ( patchwork pillow case and pillow filling). I wanted to further purchase two of the 26" x 26" pillows to compliment the bed set. I asked did the large pillows come in the same way as the pillow I had just purchased and was told they do. Being unable to carry anything else I decided to order the 26 x 26 pillows on the internet. I ordered, the payment was taken, including the post and package and awaited the arrival of my pillows to complete my bedroom makeover. The post came and a much smaller than expected package arrived, on further inspection the package contained only the pillowcases. I phoned the company to be told that you have to pay for the pillow fillers separately. I explained that it does not say this at any point during the ordering and purchasing process on the internet and that I had attended the shop in person and was told the pillows came complete!! The shop assistant spoke to the manager/owner who refused to speak to me in person and I was told that it didn't include the pillow filler and no explanation was given to the fact that the internet did not make this clear. Extremely disappointed and with my family coming around to view the new bedding, all I had was pillowcases!! The shop assistant informed me that I could order the pillow fillings for £7.50 each and she would have them delivered the next day. This I nearly did until she then advised me that I would then have to pay for postage and package again!! I said that I shouldn't need to do either of those things as this should of been made clear on the internet purchase. No apology was offered and no compromise either!! Having purchased my entire bedding with this company I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received!!!

They are such a good firm to deal with, I ordered it on the weekend and it was delivered on Tuesday at the time they said it would be, not like some firms who
never deliver on time.

I discovered Forever England in Sherborne about a year ago and I am a regular visitor! Rachel who always seems to be working when I pop in is lovely and very helpful :) I've bought furniture, quilts and cushions, a lamp, canvas's and many more items and I've been delighted with everything! Love this shop and will continue to come back again and again :)

Ordered quilt, but sadly, despite being beautifully made, it was not quite what we wanted. However, returning the item was very efficiently done and completely painless!

Order placed late Saturday night and received an email at 9.30am stating items had been dispatched . DPD couriers texted me to let md know what time it would be delivered on the Tuesday. Products were beautiful quality and service superb .

The reason why I choose to buy products from this company is that it has got a unique design on it which made it stand out from the rest also by viewing the images it looked like it was made with a good quality fabric/material.

Also I received the items quickly.

Another good point is that they sent a text message and an email which kept me informed.

I purchased the versaille toille bedspread and delighted with the feel, design and quality. Wanting to decorate my guest bedroom decided to go online to the Forever England website where I ordered the matching fabric to make curtains, wher I was delighted to see advertised as good for curtains and cushions, purfect. However the fabric has arrived and I am quite disappointed to find how thin it is and nothing like quality of the bedspread. I will have to add weights to the bottom just for them tomhang right and not what I was expecting to do.

I love my bags. They are very well made.
They arrived next day.
