Gosh. I have tried so many types of these tablet hydro drinks.
I must say that I was surprised how delicious they are. It is hand over fist better tasting than other companies. Love, love, love these.

Don't bother.. Order dispatched on 23rd July. FAQs state I'll have a tracking number.. Nope.

Sent email days later to customer care thinking it would update - not heard anything back.

Disappointed but this might prompt a reply from customer careless. Usually leave rave reviews for companies but clearly we have a don't care culture company.

I was assured it was an error on Royal Mails part, don't get me started on them. Anyway I have received the order and FF have apologised, nothing to apologise for. Giving me a free bottle on my next delivery, thanks very much. 42 minutes waiting for Royal Mail customer service. Update as my subscription runs, flavours and experience's of the product

I have an issue but no response from a human yet just there AI assistant Katie. Order was delivered yesterday???? 40 minutes on hold to Royal Mail, unfortunately the details I provided given did not match my name or address??? Advised to contact the seller. Radio silence since contacting them this morning, apart from Katie there AI assistant said passing on your details. Someone is enjoying whatever I've ordered, I paid for??? Cowboys

Great customer service. The email response was a little slower than I expected, but once they got back to me they dealt with my issue quickly and with real care. Everything was resolved, and I felt well looked after. Id happily buy from them again.

Great products and Elena has been so helpful! I started using the hydration tablets and really noticed an improvement in my hydration throughout the day. I've since started using the creatine & magnesium - I take it every evening and am sleeping so much better and feeling stronger at the gym. I really recommend their products!

Been taking the creatine and magnesium since they released it and I have definitely noticed the difference. Recovering quicker and feel like I have more energy day to day.

Also a big fan of their hydro tabs, the watermelon is the best one I've tasted

Updating my original review because, to be fair, FourFive did eventually put things right.

My initial frustration wasn't actually about the products themselves. I genuinely like them, which is why I ordered in the first place.

The issue was with communication.

After my order arrived incomplete, I reached out and heard nothing back for a while. I completely understood that my original email was sent over the weekend, so I wasn't expecting an immediate response. What became frustrating was feeling like I was chasing for answers while seeing plenty of activity on FourFive's social media channels.
Eventually, after it started to feel like I was auditioning for the role of "persistent customer of the month", Elena from the customer service team got in touch and explained there had been a dispatch issue affecting multiple orders.

Apparently, affected customers had been contacted. Unfortunately, I wasn't one of them, and I never found out why. The replacement order was sent promptly, but I only discovered it was on the way when it unexpectedly arrived at my door.
Credit where it's due though: once Elena became involved, she handled everything professionally, kept me updated, and even added some freebies to my next order, which I hadn't asked for.

One slightly amusing footnote: FourFive really don't like bad reviews, which is understandable. I was asked a few times if I'd consider updating my one-star review. I left it unchanged for a little while, partly to make a point. Being ignored isn't a great feeling, and perhaps now they have a better understanding of how that feels from the customer's side.

A little passive-aggressive? Maybe.

But fair is fair. The issue was eventually resolved, the replacement arrived quickly, and the products themselves are still great.

Communication needs some work, but the willingness to fix mistakes is definitely there.

I had some problems with the AI responses when an order was wrong but this was resolved once someone from the team replied.
I would recommend them not using AI for customer service as previously have never had a problem.

Recommended. I've been using fourfive hydration tablets for nearly 12 months and absolutely love them. Great taste and always make me feel refreshed.

I purchased a sachet of creatine & magnesium but have found this too sickly sweet for me. Can't speak for the results but three days in I'm having trouble actually taking it

Since changing the texture, flavour and colour they just don't have the same effect.
The pre change gummies were great, no afternoon slump and more focused, since they've changed, I've gone back to square one, time for a change and a lost customer I'm afraid.

I use them throughout normal working days as well as around my training and the difference in my energy and recovery has been unreal. So pleased they've released their new Electrolyte/Creatine and Magnesium/Creatine products - these are next level — simple, great-tasting, and genuinely effective (I can ditch my old brand now!). I feel more consistent both in the gym and day-to-day. Top-quality products from a brand that clearly knows what it’s doing. Highly recommend.

I bought CBD oil from Fourfive on friend's recommendation. When I signed up an account I was unknowingly also signed up its subscription. 2 weeks ago I received second CBD oil without ordering it. I looked into my account noted the ordered. Following further looking into it I realised the order was on subscription every 6weeks. I wanted to return for a refund but refused by Fourfive saying I can't return it as it was ordered under the subscription. I am not happy to be tricked into buying its product. It's not a good way to do business.
