I was looking for a company that specialized in selling decant and sample fragrances. I ran into Fragman, and check out the website. This site look good and I wanted to get a sample of Blue Talisman, but they had so many others fragrances that I was curious about, so I ordered the summer sample. Blue Talisman was in the sample but I also wanted to try LV Imagination and God of Fire. The summer sample had all three plus a few more. I placed the order and then went to reddit. The review on reddit were so bad that I attempted to cancel my order. The order was already shipped out by the time I attempted the cancellation. I am so happy I was not able to cancel. The order arrived sooner than expected. The boxing of the fragrances was amazing! Each came in its own box and sealed to prevent leaks. On opening the boxes all of the fragrances were completely filled and came in a nice bottle that is advertised on the website. A label on the bottom of the bottle has the name of the fragrance and the fragrance house. I am not sure what experience other people have had with Fragman, but my experince was stellar!

I wish I had read the trust pilot reviews before wasting $70 on a decant from this company. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!! My decant smelled like they may have mixed a couple of molecules from the fragrance in with cheap aerosol shaving cream. Just don't do it.

If I could give this company no stars at all, I would. Had to give them one so I could write a review. Beware! Please don’t buy anything from this company. Products and customer service (by email only) is subpar. Products are not as displayed on their website. Cheap smelling knock offs.

The vials all come in "Fragman" boxes and tubes. Honestly it probably isn't even designer and a knock off. DO NOT BUY. $50 wasted.

I've ordered from them 2 times, the first time was to try a limited edition scent before I spent $200 on it, while that scent was what the original actually smelled like, it was almost like it was "watered" down which I didn't realize until I did buy the actual fragrance from Sephora. The second time, this past week I was going on vacation so I wanted smaller samples of some scent to make going through tsa easier. I ordered a 5ml size of Initio Absolute Aphrodisiac which I have bought an actual bottle of from Initio before but it was almost out and a new bottle wouldn't be here in time. Whatever they sent me was NOT Absolute Aphrodisiac, not even close, maybe it was from a dupe (which is still UNACCEPTABLE) or maybe they sent the wrong one but now I'm left wonder if the other scents 2 of which I had never purchased before are actually legit. Beware! Save your money and try a more reputable rebottling company!

Missing a lot of Product. I ordered Creed sample set only got 3 of 5. I also got De Marly Sample set got 4 of 5. Got product fast, but I had asked for a refund just as I made order, it was ignored, The next day shipped it. Asked if the could send missing stuff I ordered, again I was Ignored, spent $70 for this stuff, don't bother they won't answer you!

Definitely not original scents! We are going on vacation, so we ordered several travel and samples of fragrances that we currently use or have at home to take with us in our carry-on. To our surprise, the products received all smelled like expired/ old fragrances. It was such a disappointing experience. The Azzaro collection (for which we have 2 original bottles at home) did not even smell similar to it! They don’t do refunds for travel or samples, so, they offered a “replacement” if I contacted them within 48 hours. I did and they left me on read.. Honest advice, Stay away from this store, and save yourself the disappointment.

Took a week to ship out and I tried to cancel and they ignored my request and did not respond. Shady Company. Also product ordered was nothing at all like what was pictured on the website. Possibly fake product. I have know way of knowing. Would not recommend at all.

Why can’t I give a zero?!?! Without a doubt the worst online experience I have had. Paid for fragrances. Waited over a week before inquiring about my order. Received no reply. Many days later got some bullshit email about having computer issues. If guy who answers emails is the owner he is a thief, a liar, a con artist and has zero integrity. Kept promising my order was on it’s way but never had any intention of delivering. I contacted my credit card company and placed a provisional dispute against the company with an option to cancel. Now Fragman is basically begging me to remove the chargeback. I found out why. What I did can eventually hurt his ability to do business by raising his interest rates and operating fees. I asked this James guy one last time to just send me a tracking number and I would remove the complaint. He refused of course. I have since found out that he has scammed many others and not refunded them either. I have now escalated the complaint and I hope they take away his ability to do business. Do yourself a favor and contact your credit card company or whatever method you used to pay. File a complaint so he can’t do this to any other unsuspecting customers. I have left bad reviews on every one if his posts on social media and will continue to do so. DO NOT USE FRAGMAN FOR ANY OF YOUR FRAG DECANTS!!!! So many other really great honest decanters out there. This guy is a cancer to our hobby/obsession. Do not allow yourself to be fooled by his nice looking posts and videos. He will absolutely steal your money and ghost you.

I'd give them a 0 if I could...Ordered 3 colognes waited 3.5 weeks... nothing. I reached out and I am waiting for refund. Do not buy from this horrible business.

This place is a COMPLETE con artist and sells knock off perfumes and says they are real. I will be contacting the BBB and also my BANK to flag them as FRAUDULENT. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Says they had a "problem" in shipping and now their sending it out. LOL apparently everyone has something to say about this trash company.

Expressed multiple concerns via customer support and received no answer back. Horrible communication, horrible time management, and horrible company overall.

Every other fragrance company I've used ships faster than they do. Packaging is cool but they don't label the samples. So my first order I ordered 2 things I've never tried not smelled. Now I still don't know which one I like more because there is no label on the sample.

Stole my money and credit card info. There is no way to contact them on website. Complete scam

Don't spend your money here because if something goes wrong with your order - they do not care. There are so many other good, trustworthy discounters with higher product standards and customer service.

First of all, Fragman's sample vials are garbage - none of them work properly, the atomizers are god awful, however I told them one of the vials in particular that they sent me was broken, wouldn't spray at all, they asked for proof so I happily sent them a video of it clearly not spraying, to which they replied "Just spray /push down harder and hopefully it'll eventually work". Seriously, that's what they told me. I paid for a sprayable fragrance and did not receive one.

This is not how a professional or respectable business trying to build reputation or a loyal customer base would handle this situation. To make things even more laughable, the fragrance I received was a whopping $4, one of the cheapest ones in my order.

I will never spend another penny at this place and I will continue to spread this information to the fragrance community so that no one else wastes their hard earned money on fragrance they can't use as advertised.

This place is a con, a joke. Do not purchase from fragman! The colognes smell horrible they are trying to dupe what they claim is real. You can not return these useless knock offs either. Don’t waste your money. The scent smells nothing like the real thing (which they claim these are) and the scent lasts about 1 minutes or less. Worthless

This company puts God knows what into those vials. They are not authorized by the manufacturers to do so. RUN AWAY

First time ordering came faster then expected. Had an issue with the product with the people shipping it did not take care of the package I emailed fragman and the response was quick and easy thank you
