Worst company I’ve ever dealt with
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, returned items 4 weeks ago and followed up with email showing proof of delivery to their refund address, never had a reply to any emails. As mentioned in previous comments they just keep your money and make no attempt to return. My next step will be the Ombudsman but for that I need a reply from them re final adjudication. Incredible that they continue to trade.

They don't like you not paying interest. So they pretend they don't receive your payment, charge you a fraud £12 charge and change your payment plan to one with interest and wait 2 weeks to inform you. Avoid like the plague,you have been warned.

We do not change customers' repayment plans to generate interest. A repayment plan will only be automatically changed if a payment is missed and the account falls into arrears. This is designed to help reduce the arrears balance and support customers in bringing their account back up to date.
A £12 missed payment fee may also be applied when a payment is not made by the due date. Where a payment has been made, we would encourage you to contact us so we can review the timing of the payment and investigate any concerns regarding how it was applied to your account.
Information regarding missed payments, arrears, fees, and repayment plans is available within our Terms & Conditions and FAQs. Once an account is no longer in arrears, customers can choose a repayment plan that best suits their needs.

The actual app is quite easy to use and not particularly difficult to navigate. The option of changing your payment plan is good but to default the purchase to maximise the interest shouldn’t be default. Maybe somewhere in the middle. Personally I use 3 months always. The three stars are because of the confusion when offers are given via email for maybe a percentage off by using Frazer plus app that doesn’t automatically apply when using in store especially with Sports direct. Then trying to sort that becomes a it’s Frazer plus issue who then say it’s a store issue. Look link the offer properly so it works. Until then 3 stars no more.

Fraser plus in store promotion
Paid for an order in store at sports direct I was told would receive 10 percent of if I signed up to a Fraser plus account. As the sale was around £250 I decided to go ahead. The lady in store was very helpful although the code to activate the account never came through so after trying for 20 minutes had to purchase full price in the end. Once I left the store all the codes came through around 30 minutes later. Rather annoying, emailed Fraser plus to see if they could honour the discount as a gesture of good will was told nothing to do with them as it was and I store promotion. So emailed sports direct and they said nothing to do with them and to email Fraser plus. Honestly only wanted an answer to my query which has resulted in extremely poor customer service and neither company being able to give me an answer.

Thieves, avoid them. Doesn't matter that app is easy to pay they work with big companies to steal your money. They do not care if return was done or no they will not accept dispute, they will never back you up. They will steal from you. I am fighting through financial ombudsman with them to get my money!! A very easy payment method with…
A very easy payment method with flexibility of paying back. Only issue I faced was one of the sports direct, medowhall, sheffield. They don't accept fraser plus payment if you don't carry a physical DVLA or passport to prove your identity. Didn't knew it was farsers policy or sports direct but later I was told by that brach manger it's fraser plus policy. However, couldn't find anything in the app about carrying physical ID for purchases. Fraser should look into it and inform customers about requirements of IDs. So far customers not properly informed.

Very complicated to set up a price plan, I originally just wanted to pay for something on a 3 month payment and somehow they set up a 24month one with extortionate apr rates tried to change it to 3 month payment with no interest but almost impossible to do that. If it was up to me to do it again I’d say no no no

I am posting this new update because your system does not allow me to reply directly to your Trustpilot response.
Directing me back to submit another message in the app does not help—I have been emailing customer support continuously since 16th July (over 40 days now). You already have all my account details, receipts, and screenshots under Request #1633788 and Complaint Ref #1740721.
It takes minutes for a system administrator to manually adjust an incorrect backend balance of £34.27 to £0.00. Leaving a phantom debt on my account that actively damages my credit score every single day while telling me to send more messages is completely unacceptable.
I do not need to send another message in the app. I need a complaints manager to open my existing file today, update the £34.27 balance to £0.00, and immediately issue an urgent correction notice to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.
