A great customer experience
You only know how good a company is when you need to use the after sale service. For the first time one of the boxes was delivered with a few breakages, F&H had resolved the issue within one hour of me reporting it to them. Good customer service will ensure my continued custom.

A great company to do business with.
We have ordered from FH for the last 2 years and always been very happy with their products and service. Normally the orders arrive within a couple of days and, so far, not 1 broken jar. Their product range suits us well and their prices are reasonable and competitive. A great company to do business with.

Used many times.
Always great service!
I’ve always brought honey jars from them, sadly my last order was damaged in transit, a quick friendly call and more were sent, sadly suffering from damage again!
Another call and the replacement jars arrived safe and sound with no hassle.
Thanks very much, I’ll be back around August time 👍🏻

Delivered quickly and contents as expected. Only comment is I didn't receive a message with an ETA to expect the package, and nearly missed it as I was about to go out when the delivery arrived. Otherwise all was good.
