Brilliant company! Orders dispatched and delivered quickly. The flexi payment plan is fantastic. Shame they don’t give the option for a catalogue to be delivered… even if they charged…. I much prefer looking through actual pages than online. Would have been 5 stars but I do think a lot of the items are overpriced

I would love to give Freemans 5 stars and when they stop using Evri as a delivery means I will. I never received my parcel and although Freemans have dealtt with it well I’m old and don’t need the hassle, nor do any of us really. EVri are a nightmare company to deal with. Other than that no complaints about Freemans.

i have been waiting on a order i placed on the 21st Feb and its now the 5th March and still NO ORDER just had the misfortune of speaking to someone who sounded like a ROBOT and informed me i have to wait another 2 weeks while they look into where my order is and when i informed the ROBOT it was a gift she informed me i had to wait for 2 weeks
Really awful customer service
Really awful customer service. Purchased a very expensive item a year ago and the item has a manufacturing fault. Freemans are not willing to discuss any kind of assistance with this and I’ve totally disregarded my case. Very poor service and will not be ordering from them again.

Bit disappointing lately...
Sadly I am a little disappointed with Freemans lately and had to return many items. Trouser leg lengths not specified and turned out much too long, coats with huge hoods or being too small, varying sizes not as expected....
Avoid company at all costs
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. When I placed my order, the delivery timeframe stated was much sooner, yet it took over two weeks for the item to arrive.
To make matters worse, the oven arrived damaged and unusable. After already waiting far longer than promised, I am now being told I have to wait another two days just to be contacted about resolving the issue.
The delays, poor communication, and the fact that the product arrived broken have made this a very frustrating experience. I expected better service and more urgency in putting things right
Hopeless
Hopeless, ordered item for stated day delivery, received order confirmation but no further updates whatsoever. On due delivery date chatted with customer service who initially lied and said they didn’t know if it was being delivered today then in next chat box admitted it definitely wasn’t! “Customer Services” couldn’t’ even tell me when it MIGHT be delivered and claimed they couldn’t cancel an order that obviously hasn’t even been despatched! Not the first time things like this have happened with Freemans but will definitely be the last for me! Amateurish and lacking in basic customer service but experts in fobbing customers off.

If i could give 1 star I would. My order never arrived. No updates from them or courier. They use Evri so no surprise. When i messaged them they weren't helpful. They didn't care. They wouldn't send another order with a different courier. Other retailers do this. Not good service. My first time shopping with them and will be my last.

Appalling service from customer…
Appalling service from customer services. My Partner ordered some dresses and chose to return some. The problem is that the items were supplied to Freemans from a company called Roman and according to Freemans they had to be returned direct to that company. She followed the instructions and awaited collection by Royal Mail. This did not happen so she phoned Freemans customer services who were very unhelpful. I’m sure that the contract is with Freemans not their suppliers. Dreadful company, avoid.
Super fast delivery
Super fast delivery, I very often order items and they are delivered the following day. If I place a large order then the items are delivered when they are available and you don't have to wait for everything to be in stock. Great selection of products and there's always really good offer codes. Easy and free returns if you don't like the items either.
