The web site is a mess - I gave up
I ordered cheese from these folks during COVID and was happy enough with them. I tried ordering again today and finally gave up.
I logged in by “changing” my password to what it has always been. The web site comes up in French. It can be changed to English but it keeps reverting to French. If you click on a cheese variety, the info comes up in French. Do a search outside their site and the same thing comes up in English, written by fromages.com, that’s not available on their own site.
The screwy new web site plus other reviews make me shy away from the place. It used to be tight, efficient and professional. My guess is that the business has been sold and the new owners don’t really like Americans much, even as customers. I can hardly blame them, but I don't want to do business there any more.
