We hebben veel informatie aangeleverd mbt. onze wensen. Helaas heeft Frozen Lemons er geen goede namen van kunnen maken. Wij kregen eerst 8 slechte namen die totaal geen match waren met de keywords, na een revisie waren de resultaten niet beter. Ook na hierover contact te hebben gezocht werd er niet adequaat gereageerd. Ik zou dit bedrijf absoluut niet aanraden, pure geldverspilling.

Really unfortunate experience. The names generated looked like they were slapped together in 15 minutes without much thought put behind them. When I expressed my concerns they basically responded by saying "tough luck" and that was it.

That's the name of our new company! Derived from the Winkle, one of the slowest animals on earth (and will probably be our logo). The word "slow" fits our company since it's all about quality. We're wine makers; boutique, slow, low quantity but high-quality! Also the Winkle is a delicacy, like our wines! Perfect right.

Update: I have complained about the issue with low quality result, and received a quick response and received a list of more relevant business names that seems to be really handcrafted. I'm satisfied with the final result, however, I preferred if there was a better satisfaction guarantee or a more involved process from their side.

I asked for 7 names for amartial arts school and i recieved a list of 7 random names which had nothing to do with my ideas or business. Most of the names you can not even use for a martial arts school. Example: "Art of Mars" are we a roman greek wrestling school?
"Kickstarter" are you serious?
"Wise Warrior" are we a mental service?
"Master of the mind – Martial arts is largely about mastering the mind and working through the mind. It makes reference to mindset." sure why not master of art because martial art is also an art..

I believe they just have a big list of names and they choose qick a few names which have something to do with the subject. Every google search could give me better results..

My Creditcard Company gave me the Money back because Frozen Lemons not fullfilled the contract.

I received the brand names which were creative, accurate, and reflecting of my brand image, totally recommended.

As small areas of improvement: I would encourage them to communicate their thoughts to the customers, ask further questions to get 100% accuracy in their brief before sending the final names. Other than that, they are perfect.

I contacted Frozen Lemons to help with naming my new company. I had a few descriptive words and info about the company. I got a reply in 2 days and the names they picked were great! There were certainly enough options to choose from. I would recommend this company. For me they did a great job!
