The salesman was absolutely brilliant listened to our requirements and pointed us in the right direction he explained everything about the dinning room table and chairs so we purchased that and a display unit to match,then we asked him for ideas on sofas we wanted something firm and reclining again he showed us this beautiful settee it was comfortable reclining just perfect so we bought two settee and a swivel chair a perfect afternoon shopping spending 7K

Good explanation of the products in the shop.Good update on delivery.The delivery team of Rob and Matt were courteous and careful (including removing footwear)
If the product performance is as described long term we will be happy.Time will tell!!

What an amazing experience. My elderly mother needed a new armchair urgently and now had quite specific requirements due to her mobility and general frailty. Ryan listened and then went above and beyond to find us something that was not only suitable but competitively priced and in stock! He really did a brilliant job. Lovely shop with a good selection of furniture. We were greeted by a nice assistant who offered us tea or coffee with biscuits !then left to have a good look round the shop. When we had chosen our purchase, the assistant explained the delivery details and we made the purchase .

The level of service and advise Liz offered throughout both of our visits was nothing short of amazing. She was patient and made use feel at complete ease.

All the members of staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely, well stocked showroom with something for everyone. Today was replacement sofa shopping, which we were left to do at our leisure.
Once we had sat on and explored plenty of top quality sofas we decided on a certain style. Now where is a sales person? ( no pushy sales following our every move) Easily found RYAN who was very helpful, product knowledgeable and was very pleasant all through our purchase. RYAN also pointed out our choice of extra insurance and care package available which we took advantage of and also explained our choice to cancel if we changed our plans.
