Best experience purchasing a sofa with Danny. From the start he made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Great knowledge and we walked out with a sofa for a great price. Couldn't recommend them more!!

We recently visited the Croydon branch of Furniture Village and had a very positive experience. All of the staff were welcoming, pleasant and helpful, and the showroom offered an excellent range of furniture with plenty of choice.

Harold, who assisted us, was particularly impressive. He was patient, knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to look around and consider the different options. At no stage did we feel under any pressure to make a purchase. Instead, he answered our questions honestly and guided us through the decision-making process in a friendly and professional manner.

Overall, an excellent customer experience, and we would certainly recommend the Croydon branch to anyone looking for quality furniture and attentive service.

Had great service from Danny- Went to 4 different sofa shops in the area but ended up with furniture village
Offered a great deal, was told it would be up to 4 weeks and got a call after 2 days for delivery so very quick

When we went to look for a new sofa the staff member was helpful. We were given time to have a good look and were able to take our time making a final decision.
The delivery service was good, even allowing us to delay delivery whilst we completed redecorating our room.
Unfortunately the furniture would not fit through our front door. It was arranged for the upholsterers to return with the furniture a couple of days later and they were able to dismantle the furniture to get it into the house.

Bipin was great help. Super lovely and very patient. Made our day with his kindness and helpfulness! Thank you Bipin!!

I received my Table today and delivery and installation was very quick. I bought a clearance Table i am happy with the choice and received a further discount and bought 4 additional chairs which i am yet to receive i was recommended to buy that specific table from an existing furniture village customer
