Sean absolutely great guy
Very helpful

The sales consultant was polite, shown and explained in detail about the sofas that we were interested. My wife and I were very satisfied the way he handled us.

Very friendly and knowledgeable

Great range of furniture.
Tush, purley way consult was knowledgeable & brilliant

Danny Afgar was so helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble in helping us find the right bed/mattress and pillows.

Very helpful staff and good choice of furniture

Wilfred at the Croydon branch, was very helpful and informative finding the chairs we were looking for that were right for our needs. At no time did we feel pressurized into buying a particular item and we were able to take our time and make the right choice.

The lady I spoke with after I purchased my 1st chair and had issues was very helpful resolved the refund straight away and I went away looking at other places only to go back and make another purchase ,due to quality

We had such an amazing experience with Danny Afgar, he listened to what we needed and helped us by showing images placing the sofa and dining table in our rooms.
He really went above and beyond in helping us and making sure we got exactly what we needed and even advised us when we were looking at the wrong styles for our rooms.
If you visit this store and want honesty and excellent service I would highly recommend speaking to Danny.

We were looking for a dining table and chairs. Salma was our sales rep and provided an excellent service. Started with coffee and once we had picked the one we wanted, she went through showing us how the table extended etc.
We decided on the table/chairs and Salma went through the whole process as we wanted interest free credit. She mentioned about the care package as well for the table.
Process was so easy and very quickly confirmed. Salma also provided her business card if we had any queries or questions going forward.
Would definitely recommend Furniture Village and Salma 😀

I would just to thank everybody at furniture village for you help and guidance when my mum and I came to visit to look for numerous items.

A even bigger thank you goes out to Sean Duplessis, for your patience and answering all questions over quality of mattresses and giving us guidance over the items that we looked at and tested.
We went and came back numerous times, not once to you push us to buy extra items or expensive stuff....you answered honestly and made every experience in furniture village comfortable and gave us reassurance.

Bipin was really helpful, knowledgable and friendly - we found the whole experience very easy and straightforward!

Bipin was very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. He guided us but let us talk about our decision in private and was there to help when we made our decision

Tracy was wonderfully helpful, informative and, if she wasn't sure of anything she used her initiative and came back with the answer/s. We even had a lovely hot chocolate.

Very good sales man, Sean saw to my needs and took my order/payment today. Thank you Sean. Haven’t received my order confirmation via email though by 16:23 and had left Croydon shop by 11:30am.

We left the shop very happy with our purchase, just awaiting delivery! The salesman was very helpful and friendly. Overall a very good experience!
