Had a great experience with Mo resolving my balance of deposit and finance agreement.

I placed my order in July and paid in full, including using an insurance credit note. Delivery was confirmed for 25 September — I even took time off work to be home. On the day, the delivery team told me the store had put my delivery on hold — nobody contacted me to explain why! My furniture has been ready at the warehouse for months, yet they just won't deliver it. Extremely poor communication and total lack of respect for customers' time. Very disappointed.
