I really enjoyed looking at all the dining tables without pushy salesman but the team were always available for advice & information. Nigel was very professional and told us everything we needed to know on the process regarding purchase and delivery. He made our purchasing experience pleasant and it took no time at all. Greeted by Peter at the Northampton store. He was friendly and knowledgeable, without being overbearing. We had decided on choice of furniture beforehand, but just wanted to see it in the flesh. We were not disappointed with the excellent quality, and the discounted prices made it all the more appealing. Peter was there to close the deal and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

My ottoman divan bed was delivered this morning and the delivery guys were cool and the installation was almost perfect
Unfortunately. Some screws couldn’t fit into the bed and I find it weird but the delivery guys said it shouldn’t be a problem and I thought to comment if I can get any help
