Furniture Village - Southampton Bewertungen 

We have made several trips to Furniture Village Southampton in the last 6 months, having recently moved house.
The staff are always friendly & attentive without being pushy.
Some items we particularly wanted were not stocked, however the salesman managed to source them.
I would like to thank Grant, but especially Stuart, who went above & beyond to help us.

Awful service worst company ever purchased from. They lie to get the sale.

Excellent service from start to finish. The company held on to our order until we completed on our house which took a lot longer than expected.

Raymond Lord was our sales consultant during our visit to the Southampton store. May I say he was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about the products. Nothing was to much trouble gave us time to compare sofas and we did not feel under any pressure, at any time. Took time to explain delivery and care package. All in all a very good experience

David was extremely helpful and knowledgeable - he made the whole process seamless.

We had a complimentary drink I had a hot chocolate my husband had a coffee which was very nice
Order was simple went away with our pack of goodies
Day of delivery Joe and Scott were so careful not to damage anything when bringing the sofa in the house they put sheets on the floor and put the sofa exactly where I wanted it
It looks lovely I’m so pleased

Efficient friendly service particularly from Ray

We met Grant Hale whilst looking for new lounge furniture. His knowledge and advice on the product, as well as, understanding when to give us space to think about what we were purchasing, was enlightening No high pressure sales technique, just friendly and honest support.
Good selection of product and styles to choose from. Good deal too.

Wide range of product when we were shopping for a new bed. Good offers on price with flexibility.

Not pressurised and Grant at the Southampton store really helpful when we had a shortlist of sofas in helping us to decide

Brilliant experience from start to finish. When we ordered, we realised within 48 hours that we should have selected a different suite so went back into the store. Excellent customer service and we’re very understanding. The change to a different suite was straightforward.
Delivery updates were superb and when it was delivered, Luke had Rich were fantastic.
Would 100% recommend Furniture Village.
