We were welcome by a loverly sales person who was very helpful with our enquiry. She left us alone whilst we made our choices and came and checked in with us if everything was OK and did we need anymore help a couple of times. There was no pressure from the staff they also offered us tea and coffee whilst we choose what we were looking at. Once we made our decision the sales person checked with us if that was what we wanted and whilst putting through the order she was explaining everything and other products available,these were offered with no pressure. The sales person was very professional and friendly and new the answers to our questions. The store itself was clean well lit and the displays were well laid out.

Got good advice from the sales team. Not to pushy, but they were on hand to give good and honest answers to our queries. Can't wait for our lush new mattress to be delivered.

We had a great experience finding our first ever sofa for our new home. All the staff were very friendly. Michael helped us and was very patient, friendly and not pushy at all. We came in twice, the first time was to browse and michael helped us with the criteria we had, then we went away to think about it, and returned 2 weeks later to buy it. We would highly recommend!

We had such a fantastic experience with Michael at Furniture Village Stevenage today. He was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy at all, which made the whole process of choosing our new bed and mattress so easy and enjoyable.

We we're greeted by salesman Robert. He was very knowledgeable about the furniture, we wanted to buy today. He moved things around so we could see how it was going to look and fit into our kitchen. Very good experience once again, thank you Robert.

I popped into the Stevenage branch and enquired about some bar stools, I said I needed to speak to my hubby so Phil Grant gave me his card and I left. I called back the next day and Phil answered the phone and remembered me and what I was after. Lovely friendly service and chat and very helpful. I’ve bought a few bits from Furniture Village over the years and will definitely go back again.

If I could have given this company 0 stars I would
I have a leather sofa that was less than 2 years old ,it started to peel slightly.Reported it and they sent so called independent accessors out,the verdict no manufacturing fault.That was basically that ,I was so angry and disappointed that I chose this company over 5 others

Would suggest that a customer be told sliders only really work on wooden floors not carpets

Very pleasant polite young lady who was very helpful.It was a very happy experiance.

Very happy with the bed & mattress however not happy with the lift on the bag, we can barely lift it together & it doesn’t stay up to put anything in. Very disappointed
