I do not normally write reviews, but I was looking for a car online. The only problem was that it meant taking a train from the Midlands to London, then 3 underground trains. It was very stressful, but I was met by a lovely young lady named Jasmine) This was the same for the rest of the staff, who made me feel so welcome. Sure, I know people want to sell their products, but it made me realise that in this country we still have good customer services As for the car, it is first class; they couldn't do enough when it came to helping me make my decision. I was allowed to drive the car, but if I found a fault, Jasmine took me to a garage that they recommend, so I would leave 100%happy. ( which I have done) So a BIG THANK YOU TO Jasmine and all the staff who put the customer first, and yes, I would go back there even though for me it was over 120 miles each way. And for the record, I love the car with no pressure to buy.

Bought my car from Fusion Motors in Grays. Where do I start? The service we received from Jordan was amazing, couldn’t ask for any better. He was so knowledgable and there was no hard selling. He let us wander at our own pace to find our perfect car. I will definitely return for future purchases whether it be for me or my daughters. 100% recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Just bought an exceptional vehicle from fusion motors.
The car itself was a great price and fusion went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect sale condition. The vehicle wasn’t in fact ready when I went to collect it., so they put their heads together and Joe took the time to drive me a couple of hours out of his way back home.
Then they delivered the vehicle for me by lunchtime the next day

Spoke to Joe on the phone who was able to arrange an SOH for an EV they had in stock. I reserved the car for 7 days which he explained was a no obligation reservation and if I was to go ahead then the money would come off the price of the car. He was honest and helpful. I decided the car wasn't for me and he refunded the deposit. Would recommend based on this experience.
