Another quality delivery from Futon Company: excellent quality products, well designed and well packaged. Delivery is very fast and reasonably priced. Highly recommended company to shop with, I would definitely buy from them again.

All good - but product not as good as it used to be.

Poor construction. A shame.

Ordering was easy. Delivery was fast and the product was excellent value for money.

The futon has strong smell of plastic and it doesn’t go away even after 5 months.

Support team convinced me to keep the futon and wait for few weeks for it to air out, so I didn’t return it within first 14 days. Now they ignore my email, calls, and it’s too late to send it back.

I paid 500 euros for this which is a lot of money for me…what a shame. Looked like such a nice company..

Received leaning desk and although tricky to assemble alone, was clear to read instructions. 2 parts were damaged, however, the customer service was very fast in responding and sending out replacement parts.

Happy with the prodcut even though it took some time to collect. Also, parking at the rear to collect is limited. Otherwise, all good.

I bought the Suratto chest of drawers which cost just under £300. I constantly have to empty the drawers out to re-jig it as the construction is so poor that the chest bulges in the middle and the drawers get stuck, even if I don't fill them all the way or put any weight on top of the drawers. I know I assembled it well as my carpenter friend helped me! But the design is terrible and I'm so disappointed. I'm so annoyed as I usually don't buy new and feel like i could have gotten a good second hand chest of drawers for closer to £50...

Great shopping experience, to be able to shop in store is a massive bonus as you can get a real feel for the products.
Clear assembly instructions, great product

Buying and collection worked well. The three leg side table was value at £25 but needed the legs to be rubbed down and revarnished. At full price the side table would have been returned.
