Recommend the Barnstaple store
We had a friendly welcome from David as we entered the Barnstaple store. He enquired what we were looking for and showed the appropriate area. He was not pushy and allowed us to browse whilst we made our choices but checked in with us to ask if we wanted help. He made buying our items very easy.
The Barnstaple store is well set out over 2 floors with a wide range of furniture to chose from.
Tge staff were all very welcoming without being over bearing.

We were delighted with the service we received from the team at the Barnstaple store, especially Dave. We phoned and made enquiries about sofas, and he took the time to talk us through the options and sent an email with the sofas that would work for us. The next day we visited the store and were greeted warmly and shown the sofa we liked. We are very happy with our super comfy sofa and the price!
