Visited the Caerphilly store . All the staff are friendly. Andrew dealt with our purchase of a new sofa set and some dining furniture. He was very informative and helpful. Would definitely purchase from the store again. All the stock is of excellent quality, and the prices are reasonable.

Our first visit to FW Home in Barnstaple. We were acknowledged immediately by the friendly staff, assistance was offered, but we were happy to browse at this point. We were impressed by the range of furniture and choice in the store. On having made some choices we were assisted by Alex. Very polite staff
Went into Barnstaple store on the 1st September, after seeing a wardrobe I wanted online. It was my first time in the store, and Alex was very friendly professional and polite. He answered the questions I had about the product and delivery, which resulted in me purchasing the wardrobe. Overall a very good shopping experience and excellent customer service.

genuine supportive shopping experience
We were served by Alex at the Barnstaple store. The service was great- we had some time on our own to have a look then he came and chatted through our options, gave us some information and comparisons.
