I told them to cancel my order and they sent it anyways. When I asked how to remedy they were of little to no help. They will not be getting my business again.

I had never ordered from them and the price was way lower than elsewhere. But the product was as described, and came on time.

Best price I found on line, prompt service. Will make future purchases.

EDIT: I had to send the camera back. Within the first couple days using it, I noticed that the control ring on it wasn't responding on the camera functions (although everything else was) and after talking to Canon tech support, it must be a manufacturer's defect. When calling back about it (twice), the first time I got a helpful cust. service rep. and the second time, I got the bad one again - the one who can't help but constantly talk over the customer without listening to a single full sentence. I don't know why they can keep him on staff and it makes me want to drop the rating to a 1 star just because of him; I almost gave up trying to get the return processed. However, I finally got a supervisor who was very friendly and helpful. So, all in all, still good service, but they just need to remove the bad employees who makes you want to give up on the company. (I dropped my rating from 5 stars to 4 stars because of him.)

This place had one of the best prices for a Canon Powershot G7 X, but unlike their competitors with similar or better prices (who ship from Hong Kong), this one was being shipped straight from the US. Similarly, it had the US plug for the battery charger (although it wasn't the more convenient fold-out plug, but the small extension plug). I called to verify that my shipping address was to a friend and not me, and the first customer support guy was quite rude and interrupted my question over and over (so that I was never able to finish asking it) and thus never answered it. The second guy when I called back was super friendly and helpful though. Overall I'd say it's definitely a trustworthy business with excellent prices and quick shipping, and a customer support line that actually works.

Recieved item in 5 business days with slowest shipping option. Exactly as described. Couldn't find the same item anywhere else cheaper! I noticed this with several photography items. This place definitely offers great deals along with quality products. You can't beat it!

So I was looking to buy a particular Cannon powershot camera and after searching a little bit online I found this website to have the best price for it. I was skeptical about buying it for that low a price ($25 -100) cheaper than the competitor price thinking it must have been refurbished or something along those lines, but for that price I took a risk. So the checkout was easy as it had Paypal option to pay and I love it when websites have that as it is simple and hassle free. The product itself arrived so fast, within 3 days, I wasn't expecting that, and with free shipping as well. My camera seems to be working fine as well, don't have any issues with it so far so I'm a happy camper. I would buy future products from this site in the future for sure If I found a competitive price again. Thanks and good luck with your shopping experiences.

This was my first purchase from Gadget Circuit. The website was easy to use, the purchase went without problems, the product purchased was at an excellent price, shipped, and delivered as advertised. No issue with the received item. Only reason for giving them four stars is that I have only ordered from them this one time. Prefer to reserve five stars for consistent performance over multiple orders.

I ordered a Canon EF Zoom lens - 24 mm - 70 mm - F/4.0 from Gadget Circuit after spending hours reading reviews about them. They have good reviews overall, but then there are bad ones, scathingly bad ones. I was apprehensive (I have had bad experiences with online sellers before), but decided to try my luck because their price is about 20% lower than Adorama.

They shipped out the item the day after my order was placed, and it arrived quickly as well. Brand new, condition exactly as described. I felt relieved and impressed!

Before I ordered, I know, through the price they had, and through reading reviews, that the item will be import/gray market. I'm fine with it. However, Gadget Circuit should describe clearly on their website if an item is import and has no US warranty. Many customer will be fine with that if price is low enough. Those who are not will not buy. This clear advertising strategy will avoid the situation where a customer buys thinking an item has US warranty, then find out it does not, and then feel cheated.

Bottom line: I went in knowing it will be an import item, I was fine with it since the price is unbeatable, and I very quickly received the item in perfect condition. I'm absolutely satisfied on this purchase.

Finally, a review about TrustPilot: There are so many fake reviews over the internet, it is hard to know if TrustPilot is full of fake reviews as well. I was apprehensive to buy from Gadget Circuit for this reason too. On the day the item was delivered to me, I got an email from TrustPilot to write an review about Gadget Circuit, so that is what I did. Through this experience, I feel TrustPilot is a well-run website that seeks out real reviews.

Over $30 bucks cheaper than I could find with anyone else, free shipping ordered on Monday received on Thursday, will definitely use Gadget Circuit in the future.

price solid with inventory as promised as opposed to some others. Needed quick deliver as 50th birthday present and initially went to someone else who maybe had a lower price (not much) but after ordering it was b/o. cancelled that and came to the gadget for first time. got it on a Wednesday after a Monday order. perfect..
