Easy to deal with on-line; good price. Only problem (whether with Gadget or with Canon) is that camera did not have a cord to use battery charger in box. Canon says kit was for European market.

I ordered a set of Pentax binoculars from Gadget Circuit for a great price. They shipped it for free and I received them in 5 days. The binoculars were perfect.

Can see scratches where a flash was put on camera, the actual Canon No. is rubbed and worn and barely legible. Box was for a camera with lens kit, and I bought the camera body only... was clearly opened with lens removed so obviously not as advertised. Will be seeking to return and get a brand new one, as I paid for. Will see if they can actually deliver.

When I placed the order, the web site said it might take 2 days to process and 7-10 more for shipping. It actually shipped the next day and it arrived about 3 days later. And, I got emails telling me about both. It's a gift, so haven't tried the product yet, but the servive has been excellent.

This is my first purchase from Gadget Circuit and I was worried it wouldn't turn out well simply because I had never heard of their business and their website design didn't seem very legitimate. I'm completely satisfied. I ended up purchasing from them because they had the best price online and included free shipping. Shipping was estimated between 5-7 business days. I placed my order on Saturday, it was shipped on Monday and arrived on Thursday. What's not to love?

Website stated item was available but it was not. website stated that it was one to two days processing, however it was a week with no change in status. I had to email to find out what the delay was, only to find out they have No idea of when it could be shipped. They didn't even have the item, yet the website still says its available. After wasting time with this company, now I don't have the gift for my wife and its to late to get another from somewhere else shipped in time.

item arrived within a couple days. I haven't used the item yet so I don't know if it is in good working condition but I can tell it is brand new not refurbished.

Bought what i thought was a new Nikon D810 with 24-120mm lens. Was absolutely excited when it finally came in. Then I opened the package... I was horrified. It came in one big big box, with 2 boxes inside. I was absolutely confused why it would come in 2 boxes, considering it was suppose to be brand new. The lens was in it's own white box, which I would have willing to just not say anything, but I opened it and saw that it was protected by absolutely nothing. That is a typically $1200 lens just freely rolling around during shipment, which is absolutely unacceptable. I also noticed there's a scratch on the camera screen, which isn't a big deal considering it's easily replaceable, but still very disappointing. Luckily so far, everything is working as it should. Hopefully it stays that's way.

The camera arrived exactly as specified. I initially had a problem with it, in that the focus did not appear to be working. I called customer service and they were happy to set up a refund or exchange, and did so while I was on the phone. As it turned out, I later realized it was only the electronic viewfinder that was out of focus, so I did not need to return the camera after all.

After some googling, the price listed on gadget circuit is the lowest for Panasonic GX8 camera. So I made the purchase, right before my 2-week trip to the Australian outback.

After receiving the camera, I tested the still photo functions pretty thoroughly and the image quality is amazing. Went on the trip, trying to take some 4K videos and I noticed that the frame rates available are 25fps and 24fps instead of the advertised 30fps and 24fps.

After some googling, it seemed to suggest that US version of the camera can shoot 4K videos at 30fps but European models can only do 25fps. With this skepticism I reached out to Panasonic support US. After checking the serial number of the unit and talking over the problem, Panasonic support said the unit is not made for the US market because it can not shoot video at 25fps.

I called up Gadget Circuit support and told them what Panasonic support had said. But what they told me was "please send your unit back to our repair department and we will try to fix it.". I am not sure if their support is just stupid or this is their usual practice, but this is not something they can "fix". The censors and firmware are fundamentally different. The tone the gadget circuit support person was using on the phone sounds like he is very certain the my camera is broken. I am concerned that if I send my unit back for repair, they might send me something completely different back like a used US model. At the point I just don't trust them anymore.

Don't be fooled by the low prices, stay away from this place at all cost.
