Best customer service, can’t fault it.

I went in with my boy and purchased a couple of games but I was shocked to find they were extremely overpriced, one was an Xbox 360 standard copy of dead island priced at 8.00! Currently online at 1.00, another was state of decay 2 at 8.00, around 5 for that so not as bad but still the price seems way off,

An amazing local store that I have used for many years to purchase my video games. Matthew and the team are incredibly helpful and have gone above and beyond on many occasions to get certain consoles and accessories that I haven’t been able to get elsewhere, which is why I always make an effort to purchase from them when I can.

Just a wonderful shop that is highly recommended.

Remember, we all need to support our local shops. If we don’t use them, then we lose them, so don’t take them for granted!

I recently took a gamble on this one for a MTG Commander deck I had been after for some time and, on seeing it available, took the leap. I was informed I'd receive an email confirming my purchase but nothing was received and so, I decided to contact their queries email and feared the worst.

How wrong I was! A lovely chap replied very quickly, apologised and offered me all the information I wanted and then some, including my UPS tracking number. It arrived the very next day, full tracked and was well packaged. Seriously I commend the service that was given to me and I would gladly buy from them again - the pricing was fair, service was stellar and delivery was speedy. 10/10 I fully recommend supporting this business!

My first time ordering from this site, and I'm impressed! To be honest I was a bit sceptical as the website looks basic. However, I had no need to fear. Items were dispatched next day. Received exactly what I ordered, well packaged and delivered by UPS which was also excellent (very glad they don't use Yodel). I wouldn't hesitate to order here again :)
