I purchased some Trimming Shears with Telescopic Handle & Wheel Attachment last year and found it very useful. This summer it stopped charging and as soon as I contacted Garden Gear for support they sent me a replacement. Very pleased with the product and the customer service.

Shocking sent wrong item, rude staff on phone and just got my phone bill extra charges for the premium rate number !

The guide wheel on my electric weed sweeper came off, and wouldn't fix back on. I sent a message to Customer Services asking if they had spares. I had an acknowledgement immediately, an email after 24 hours, followed by another email stating that a full replacement for the weed sweeper would be delivered - no further questions asked!

I have tried to contact customer service to ask where my order is after 3 weeks but it seems my number has been blocked ??? Sent emails aswell no reply yet paid 149.99 for a Buddha and don’t know what’s happened to it as it was meant to be dispatched 19 th was told last week it’s out of stock now I can’t get through to anyone should of looked at the reviews before ordering very disappointed

Avoid at all costs still waiting after 6 weeks for delivery, keep getting dispatch dates that never materialize, customer services don't answer the phone and you get fobbed off with with false information when you email them , I wish I'd read all these poor reviews before I ordered. As it is 6 weeks down the road after paying out £78 I've still not been given a firm delivery date, probably the worse company I've dealt with. Never again

Garden Gear sent us our order with parts missing. I then had to call a premium rate number to advise them that they had made a mistake.

I was promised that they would send out the mising parts but nothing received.

Poor customer service, breaking consumer regulations, avoid!

I bought an electric pole chainsaw. Went wrong just after a year and they told me they would not replace it and have no facilities to repair it. You are on your own and if anything goes wrong - even small things, you just have to dump the product. Best to buy a brand - cheaper in the long term. Avoid this Lot.

We bought this rattan sofa set mid March, was notified about the delay which wasn't an issue,totally delighted with the product,but had a small issue with the cushions which was resolved promptly within 3 days.

Highly recommend.

That is for picking the phone up (after a long wait). Like the previous guy, wish we had read their reviews. Bought a bbq (arrived quickly) for twins 1st birthday. Parts missing. Have spent last two weeks chasing for a date on the expected parts. Despite claiming each time to call me back with an update, no one had. Therefore I have had to keep chasing. I have been given a 15% refund but at this rate, i would prefer a full refund than have to deal with the lack of enthusiasm by their customer service to chase on my behalf (Gareth!). Unfortunately I have no boxes to return it in. In the meantime my 3 kids (3 & under) continue to live with the health hazard of pieces in our kitchen while we wait (for how long?!) Summer will probably come and go at this rate.

Wish I’d seen these reviews before I placed an order...

Allows you to order products that are not in stock, but will charge delivery ‘within 5-7 days’

When chased, you’ll get a date it is in stock. Very kind, except that date is over a week ago and I’ve still heard nothing.

Please, please don’t order from this site. Prices may seem reasonable but trust me, to have £400.00 taken from your account and have nothing to show for it over 3 weeks later and have no end in sight isn’t a good feeling.

Extremely poor service. Over three weeks to deliver the products that were supposedly in stock. Money taken on credit card straight away.

Purchased a battery operated tiller, unfortunately it stopped working within 2 minutes of using it. I contacted customer services, they arranged next day collection of the faulty item and immediate despatch of a replacement. Replacement duly arrived and has been fine.

Worst service ever had a damaged item arrive and they refuse to refund me ive reported them to watchdog avoid avoid avoid look at all feedback no good at all

Worst company I have ever come across!!!! Please people read these before you even think about it. I purchased a water feature months ago and was promised 3 seperare delivery dates, when I kicked off they said you can have 15 percent off just to keep me happy (never happened) didn't get a penny now I've told them I will report them and they told me they are refunding me.... yet to receive my 200 quid back worst ever company. Reported to watchdog and trading standards

Two days ago I ordered a wheelbarrow on this company's website. It clearly showed as 'in stock' with a delivery time of 5-7 days. I therefore paid with a credit card and thought the deal done.
First thing the following morning I received an email saying that unfortunately the item's delivery would be delayed, and I was given a link to my order status. The delivery date had been changed from mid-March until mid-June!! I now see from many other reviews that this company makes a habit of taking payment for items that are not in stock. By the way, it is still showing as 'in stock' today.
But that's not all. Their own terms and conditions state that no money will leave your account until items have been despatched. In fact, the money was taken from my account instantly, showing on my statement within two days.
Furthermore, the only customer service number is a premium line. This has for some time been illegal for calls from customers who have already entered into a contract but they seem to think they are above the law. The only reference to call charges is in small print on another page.
I will now report this firm to Trading Standards, and would urge anybody who wants to avoid a stressful shopping experience to steer well clear.

I Ordered a Cat Repeller on 2nd January 2021. After several promised delivery dates this was never received. I asked for a refund on 18th February and was told I would get that within 7 days - I am still waiting. Not happy with the customer service. I will update this review should the matter get sorted. I will not be using this company again.

Bought this after a lot of consideration and this won due to cost and you can buy a spare battery. Also customer service were very helpful, offered lots of advice and their attitude is impeccable.
The machine itself works really well, I was able to reach those hard to get to places without having to risk falling off a ladder.
Delivery was also earlier than expected, considering whats going on right now!

I recently bought the Aerotek 40v mower but made an error and ordered the wrong model initially. Customer service was fantastic as they sorted the problem straight away and got the right product out to me so quickly. Very good product and service.

Had an ongoing issue with the neighbours cat ruining my prized garden. The repeller worked a treat and prevented me from taking matters into my own hands. Great product, great value! Will buy again for sure...

The two wheeled wheelbarrow makes moving garden waste so easy. nice and light, easy to push with its big wheels. Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt.
