Boiler serviced today as part of my annual contract. The contract is a reasonable price and as always the engineer was prompt, polite and did a good job. Can't ask for more.

Engineer arrived bang on time. Was very courteous and friendly. He respected my property and was quietly very efficient.
He also showed me photographs of my boiler.
I was very pleased with the whole experience.

The gas fitter thoroughly checked the system whilst servicing the boiler. On top of this he got a radiator working after nearly a year of being cold. Great job.

John Thompson came out to investigate a persistent water ingress problem I had since my stove was fitted Upon inspection John discovered the problem, the wrong and badly fitted flue. The stove gad been assembled incorrectly and therefore it was not possible to access the stove. His report has now been passed forwarded to his company and the supplier who fitted it.
After months of frustration I am now feeling confident that our problem will be resolved thanks to John. I will be requesting his assistance for any further issues we have

once appointment was booked i had prompt visit from the engineer who was friendly ,helpful and gave the boiler a comprehensive inspection.

Excellent service - arrived on time, explained the boiler issue and what the options were for fixing, carried out the service and tidied up after. Very helpful and knew the product.

John Thompson came for a non ignition fault he diagnosed the problem and fixed it in good time he kept me informed of what the issue was all the time.
This is the second time John has been to my fire and he does a very good job with a real friendly attitude hope I get him the next time I need something done.

I have had a cover plan for 15 years with GASCO; I called them yesterday over a problem that I was having with my boiler, which may have been my fault with trying to sort out the pressure. I called them at 1pm and they arrived by 2pm. It was my fault, they fixed it, gave me instructions to help me and left. Brilliant service and I wasn't made to feel that I was useless! Cant recommend enough :)

I was aware of this company through Which? Trusted Traders and had met the service engineer Mike Bolton previously. He is professional, thorough and explains what he looks for in a boiler service. He also provided useful advice during his visit.

On time, friendly professional service from a local company you can trust. Free gas service came with their service plan which is good value.
