Excellent service both survey and customer service were good with swift turn around and coms.
I used them twice as first survey I received made me pull out from purchase.

Surveyor rang to introduce her self, also asked if we had any concerns at the property we are buying.
After we had a phone call to update us on survey.

The company were great to deal with and kept me updated at each step of the process so I always knew what was happening and when. Absolutely brilliant, this is our second house sale and the last survey we got they didn’t speak to us at all just got a survey through that seemed half arsed.
I contacted gateway quite late in our sale and was worried there would be a delay, they got the survey done and sent to us within a week and a half. The sellers also used gateway and they rung me immediately to see if I was comfortable with this potential conflict of interest which of course I was fine with but I loved that they told me and asked me. Was a very personable touch and couldn’t recommend them more. I early review anything but feel they defiantly deserve a good word.

The surveyor rung to ask if there. Was anything specific to look at. Her report was thorough and arrived quickly. The admin suffers from be8ng ‘automatic’ however, when I telephoned the company they helped quickly and efficiently. Overall a very good experience.
