Terrible service. Order delayed/ missing and delivery company tell me to contact the supplier. However, after repeated emails, chat and messenger I have been ignored and now out of pocket. Disgraceful company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

V expensive & can’t the pump to work so will have to decant it! Not a great start!

This is a bakery in Summertown, Oxford in the UK. I see most of the reviews here are for the Gatineau cosmetics brand and not for the Gatineau Artisan Patisserie & Bakery! They are two completely different companies. It is funny that people don't even look properly before posting a review. This bakery is fantastic. A real hidden gem of Oxford that has amazing croissants, cakes, bread, biscuits and so much more! All made fresh daily and typically French. Not to be missed!

Part of order didn’t arrive having placed order over a month ago. Order status on website states ‘unfulfilled’ however no update received. Have emailed several times with no response. Will not order direct from this company again. Very disappointed.

Order did not arrive. No response to emails after I told them. Disinterested. I'm issuing court proceedings. They still don't care.

My wife loves their products, but the volume of spam from them since my order from their own website is ridiculous. Sometimes 3 per day and have yet to miss a day, despite me asking them to cut the mail.

I have tried tracking my order to no success. I sent text .messages and no reply. I tried calling twice no one answered. Dissatisfied with everything but I will wait until I hear from them. Order 258624.

Bought the Golden Glow gradual tan after rave reviews by influencers on SM so disappointed. This product is 3xs the price of others I have tried and has the same downsides. Still smells biscuity, stain my sheets and towels and still streaked the same as cheap brands
Customer service response to my query was Gatineau are not interested as its opened.
I have been a Gatineau customer for years and have never been disappointed in any other product but save your money and don't buy Golden Glow

Love the tan accelerator and have used it for many years, I’m fair skinned and always use it 2 weeks before I go away and as an after sun whilst away, get a lovely tan and don’t burn

For my daughters 40th birthday party I ordered three cakes from Gatineau in Summertown…
Chocolate Framboise, Larieux, and Tarte aux Fraises. They were delivered the following morning well in time for the party, and looked absolutely amazing! “But how did they taste?”, I hear you ask! Well, I have never seen cakes disappear so quickly, with plates and forks licked clean! They were superbly delicious!

Well done Gatineau, and many thanks from a very pleased dad.
