Scam artists re: warrantee and work guarantee
This company is a scam regarding warranties. We suffered extreme water damage from a leaking roof vent pipe seal to the tune of a couple thousand dollars.
They refused to fix the problem, would never return calls, and generally ignored our requests for a fixing of the problem.
Do not use this company.

Avoid like the plague
Our experience has been a home-owners NIGHTMARE. One of the metal sleeves (pipes) on the roof cracked and was missing a top when we'd had the roof for less than two years. We incurred thousands of dollars of damage to our property as our home was flooded with rainwater. Gator Metal Roofing put some caulk on the defective piece, which will only last a little while and crack again. We asked them to give us a proper sleeve and top to replace the defective one, and address some portion of the financial damage. They have stonewalled us for months with absolutely no response at all.
As two senior citizens living on disability, these costs have been a terrible hardship and placed us in debt. We profoundly regret having worked with this company.
